When I used to go to ichibans the food was always really good even my kids loved it. Today I ordered deep fried seasame hibachi special and I feel like the entire plate was noodles, the seasame chicken was ok, but the taste wasn't there. My husband got the large combo fried rice and all the meat was extremely dry. It wasn't like it used to be. Probably wont be coming back and we have been long time customers.

Everyone’s taste buds are different. In my personal opinion, I am giving 3 stars on food. Although, every thing was fresh, hot, and cooked to order, the taste of the sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken, and the noodles is off/different. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good, green beans were good, and the house soup was good.
It really depends on what your order that determines a good experience or not. I’m sure there are other things that taste good, but from what I tried I wasn’t a huge fan of what I mentioned.
The customer service was excellent though!

Bland. Big chunks of dry chicken breast. If they were smaller chunks they would get more of the sauce flavor but their sauce is bland. The color was vibrant but flavorless. The green bean were good and the rice was decent.

Last three visits, combination fried rice served Luke warm or cold. No way possible for it to have been cooked to order. Building is needing a deep clean also!

We dont go here often, because it would take ao long to get your food, but this time was different! It came out quickly & hot. I dont feel like I got $17 worth of food, but my kids definitely did for $10. It's 25 cents for sauces, and you can get all rice instead of half beans, half rice.

We went to Sand Mountain for a concert. We decided to give this place a try and we were pleasantly surprised of the quality of food and service. The manager came out every 15 minutes to ask the patrons if everything was good. I had the Singapore spicy chicken hibachi and my with ordered the teriyaki chicken hibachi. They were great quality and inexpensive. My wife loved the noodles too.

I ordered the deep fried sesame chicken with fried rice and noodles. The noodles had absolutely no flavor and tasted like cardboard (not an exaggeration). The rice was extremely bland and cold. The worst part was the chicken. My sesame chicken tasted like it was made with ketchup and sugar, not anywhere near close to a tradition sesame chicken flavor. The overall taste of all of that was just awful and I threw my entire plate away after I asked to make sure that they gave me sesame chicken. I ordered the Spider Roll which wasn’t horrible, but no where near like authentic sushi. My best friend got the Singapore chicken with some fried rice and noodles and didn’t like it one bit. He said he was very disappointed because the food used to be good. This place does not deserve 4 stars, I’m sure most of it is from when the food was actually good. We will not be returning. The staff is rude and the chefs can’t even cook their own recipes correctly. We went down the road to get the new wings at jacks and those were a thousand times better than this place. Highly recommend not going here. Ps, the water tasted like straight up mildew.
