The GM is awesome! The other male manager is awesome. The manager named Crystal is rude and hateful and if she is there we do not go there. If you want a Jacks that cares it's worth a drive to Boaz or Guntersville because if she is present the food is terrible. She doesn't care about her position other than the big head of the title.

Today I went by as I my morning routine is.. I received the best in probably a year breakfast. I ordered a bacon wrap with well done bacon. It was so good and fresh! Really this is what I want every morning. It should be the standard! I called my Jacks just to tell them thank you! It started my day off perfectly. So April is who made this delicious wrap for me and I thank her so much for making my Monday a little brighter!

went here today, got a chicken tenders and fries, my chicken was as hard as a rock!! fries was unbelievably nasty, it tasted like it had been sitting for a while and all together just tased horribly. my drink tasted like chemicals and was not good at all. my fries wasn't filled even half way and this isn't my first experience at this exact same location. may i add staff was so incredibly rude it was all around my worst experience here do better you guys

I don't usually write reviews, but my repeated experiences at this location have been beyond disappointing. The chicken was dry to the point of being inedible and had an unsettling pink tint that made me question if it was even fully cooked. My food took an absurd amount of time to come out, and when it finally did, the milkshake tasted like cleaning chemicals. The fries were cold, hard, and clearly reheated from an old batch. The employees are consistently rude and seem to have no regard for basic customer service or hygiene. One morning, the girl working the drive-thru smelled absolutely awful a stench so strong it filled my car window before I could even get my order. It was genuinely nauseating and made me lose my appetite entirely. The breakfast is just as terrible as everything else on the menu. My food is always thrown together like it was done in a hurry, and they can't seem to get a single order right. This location is a complete embarrassment to the brand unprofessional, unsanitary, and completely lacking in care or quality. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

You guys did wonderful on the food very fresh just wish boaz would be the same there food is so nasty and old they don't care the way this location does.
I go through jacks quite often, the one in geraldine, they just plain out suck, iced coffee you have to taste before you pull off because if you don't it wont have any flavoring in it. The burgers are 80% cold 9/10 times u go through drive thru, the manager lady is rude when you have nobody issue and have to go inside to have it fixed. This jacks here in albertville is so GREAT! GREAT SERVICE,GREAT FOOD,GREAT ICED COFFEE, GREAT JOB YALL!! THANK YOU FOR DOING YOUR JOB WELL WE APPRECIATE YOU!!! ☺
