We went through drive-thru and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, and had to pull up an wait until they cooked them, but they were fresh. Jack's uses Chicken Fingers on their chicken sandwiches instead of a chicken breast filet like most places do. It is a good sandwich but doesn't have the WOW factor like some restaurants have. It was a good experience overall.
Please cook your bacon it's ridiculous to order a bacon biscuit and the dang bacon was raw on both of them !!!! I think I would no I would fire someone if they cooked like that would you eat raw bacon !!!! ?

Dietary restrictions: They have always accommodated anyone's dietary restrictions as well as they are equipped to.
Kid-friendliness: Always smiling and friendly with every kid, and the crew seems to go above and beyond with my Lil Girl who's 2 years old.

I've been a Jack's customer my entire life. I now live in Florida where we don't have Jack's. The Albertville jacks was the worst I had ever experienced. Biscuits were hard as Bricks and the bacon was like rubber. I should have known when I pulled in the drive through at 8:30 Saturday morning and the parking lot was empty. That is not typical for a Jack's Restaurant. Mcdonalds drive through was stretched out to the road. I'll never go back to that Jack's
