I have been there twice both times food was cold and order was wrong. and I said something they was real hateful. and rude. now jack in Boaz is very good. and they are nice I have been talked down and cussed by employees.

Went to jacks this morning to get 2 deluxe meals with chicken and a double gravy and biscuit got home my order was completely wrong they gave me one deluxe with bacon ? smh didn’t even get the other went to return the food and get the right order instead of replacing the whole meal they said I must pay for a new meal you guys and your management are jokes
