I had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Albertville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the ladies even offered me a free sample, which was such a nice surprise. She also recommended something from the menu, and I’m so glad I took her advice—it was absolutely delicious!
I wish I had gotten her name because she was so sweet and really made my visit special. It’s rare to find that level of genuine hospitality these days. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location for both the service and the food!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Never in my life have I ever been asked to leave a restaurant all because the manager, whom also said she was corporate manager, had the worst attitude I have ever experienced. I’ve always been a regular customer and have never had any issues with them cutting up the vegetables for a chopped bowl. She wasn’t friendly at all, got rude when I asked why she wasn’t chopping anything up, rolled her eyes, laughed at me. After she acted like that, I told her I didn’t even want what I ordered because of how she treated myself and my family! After asking to speak to the manager, she said she was, so obviously there were wasn’t going to be any repercussions. Then another employee started yelling at us to leave the store and we better leave now, which caused my 7 year old son to get upset. I will never support this business again!

Good sub . But they need to work on better prices . It's a drawback . Would go more, but almost 20 dollars for a sub and drink is outrageous. They would sell a lot more in volume and grow faster if prices were better .
