I went through the drive thru .. I was informed there are no biscuits... The only drink available was Pepsi Zero! and when I made it to the window I was informed that there was no ICE!!!! WHEN I GOT HIME THE CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED. YHE PEPSI ZERO WAS FLAT!!! DISGUSTINGš¤¢ IF I COULD GIVE ALL ZERO'S I WOULD!!

Got stale ass sandwiches forgot the kids drink with the kids meal and the sauces I paid for. Then had the audacity to say I could come back up there after I got home. Or I could come back in 2-4 days for sauces and a drink , what good is that going to do when I'm not getting food then , and what good does that do me tonight when my girlfriend has to leave for work and I have no time to go back up there. Will not be going back.

I personally haven't had any issues at all here lately. Yes I have had to wait for my food BUT it was hot and fresh so nothing to complain about there. Employees always smile and have been nice to me which is always appreciated! I will continue to come here. You can't please everybody...so my suggestion is to just go here!!
Food is normally very good but not this time. Spent nearly $80 bucks on food and the grease that the food was cooked in was old! Iām sure some of you will ask how can you tell? If your fried food leaves and bad after taste in your mouth and smell as the after taste. Itās old cooking oil!!! Iāve stopped buying from several places including Walmart for selling food cooked in old cooking oils! Save a penny loose a paying customer!

I drove up and there were 4 or 5 employees out front smoking. One with a headset. Went to the Drive Thru, ordered a pot pie and you didn't have them. My first thought was 'Guess not. Everybody is outside smoking!'. Thinking about the past few times, this time I realized that maybe, just maybe, I don't want to eat here at all. Unfortunately, you will end up like the local Popeyes. Out of business. I can get chicken elsewhere with confidence.

The absolute worst. I've given them chance after chance and every single time my order is wrong and I end up having to go in...or if it's an online order, go back to get the rest of my order. Then, when you go in, they look at you and talk to you like they have no clue where they even are. It's ridiculous. ?
