Worst experience ever, 4 employees when I walked in, none of them cared about customers. I ordered fries and chicken nuggets, the fries were okay. But I could tell the chicken nuggets were old and waited almost 15 mins even after placing the mobile order. The place is dirty and smells weird. My toddler won’t even touch the chicken nuggets. Won’t come to this location anymore.

The food was good but they were out of biscuits and I got another side to replace them. They had a difficult time figuring out if they had the lemon cake when we asked but they did have it. I've definitely had better experiences here and the biscuits were missed!

This might have been my worst experience at kfc but overall, it took 25 minutes to wait in line, order, and get my food and drinks. I ordered a large macaroni and asked them to change that to a chicken sandwich meal make the mac and cheese a large on the meal but they couldn’t. so they just left the large macaroni and the meal and the biscuits. i didn’t want the large macaroni anymore and i told that to the headset person twice. i asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and they rang it up as no pickle. the girl taking my order kept on rushing me and was being so rude and inconsiderate after i asked for a second. And I asked for the drink to be no ice and they put ice so i asked her to remake it and then the drink tasted like pure sparkling water. where’s the flavor? biscuits were dry. macaroni was hot and good and the sandwich was good. customer service was bad. drink was bad. wait time was bad. at least the food was good. large macaroni wasn’t even filled all the way???

I went and i ordered my fries and mac and cheese and they didn’t give me fries or forks ! Also while we were waiting they forgot my whole order and my order had been placed inside in the waiting area! By the time they had gave it to me the food was already cold! Never coming to this kfc location ever again !!

NASTY restrooms and building.This location needs a DEEEP cleaning. Confusion with orders,dining room and drive thru. Stinky filthy restrooms.cold mashed potatoes and gravy. Chicken not hot and crispy, tea not sweet. No manager present!

Lobby was trashed. No lids for sm/md drinks, no straws, no ice in the soda machine. Think some of the workers may have been high. My fiance said the chicken was kinda slimy and had no flavor, even with those secret herbs and spices. Cashier didn't know how to ring in part of the order and argued that they didn't have it, even though it was on the menu board. The manager had to come do it. Waited over 5 mins to receive the order

I went through the drive thru .. I was informed there are no biscuits... The only drink available was Pepsi Zero! and when I made it to the window I was informed that there was no ICE!!!! WHEN I GOT HIME THE CHICKEN WAS UNDERCOOKED. YHE PEPSI ZERO WAS FLAT!!! DISGUSTING🤢 IF I COULD GIVE ALL ZERO'S I WOULD!!

Got stale ass sandwiches forgot the kids drink with the kids meal and the sauces I paid for. Then had the audacity to say I could come back up there after I got home. Or I could come back in 2-4 days for sauces and a drink , what good is that going to do when I'm not getting food then , and what good does that do me tonight when my girlfriend has to leave for work and I have no time to go back up there. Will not be going back.
