Order an 8 piece. Drove to the window and paid for my order. Drove off, got home and noticed someone working at the kfc in Albertville only put 6 pieces instead of 8. I highly recommend if you order from kfc in Albertville check every single thing you ordered and make sure you are not short on the order you place. They will cheat you out of your money. I am very dissatisfied with the person that shorted me my order. And i had to pay for a 8 piece but on received 6.

After doing an online order which included my phone number, I get to the Albertville, Al location and stand at the counter for exactly 8 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Once I told the gentleman what I was there for, he proceeds to tell me that they are out of chicken pot pies in which that is what I had ordered. So first off this is the FOURTH time at this same location in the last month that this has happened. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you go. However the problem is they never even had the courtesy to call me and waited until I got there to tell me. So by this time I am aggitated. It's called an online order for a reason. If ya'll don't figure put these issues and get this resolved this location will close just like the one in 7 miles down the street. The customer service is horrible and the food I ended up with wasn't even worth eating !

My personal experience was unpleasant. Went to order something , told us it would be three minutes on the fries, we pulled around and waited for our dinner,... 20 minutes past , nothing ,... 30 minutes past , decided to go in ask what's the delay on our order, and they said they don't know anything about our order .we produce a receipt to show proof that we've been waiting on an order for 30 minutes And the cashier was so rude that we decided to go elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend coming here

They never get the order right. It never fails every time either something won't be there and yes they charge you it, or it'll be completely wrong. Definitely check order before you get home. Maybe one way they'll get it done right. Lol

Went into return some chicken that was raw and the lady looked at me like I was stupid. Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about and would it give me a refund decided just to give me a new piece of chicken.
Came through at 6:15pm on a Thursday and they were already saying they were out of all dark meat for the night and Mac n cheese. Also required a 5 minute wait for fries or wedges. They do not close until 9.

We loved livers so we bought 2 dinners for us and our daughter got 3pc chicken legs and 1 side of Mac and cheese. We all loved it but couldnt eat it all so we took it home.

The original recipe didnt look or taste correct. I asked and they stated it was what it was supposed to be. Im sure it comes already breaded but it was off

Stopped by KFC in Albertville and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a large Coleslaw to add to our meal, and it was fresh and had a good taste. Customer service was fast and friendly.
