They suck. Don’t recommend at all. Go anywhere else. Told them we wanted a refund because 5 cars behind us got their food before we did. Mind you we only got 2 happy meals and one cheeseburger. This has turned into the worst Macdonalds I've ever been to! The employees are rude, the food is never correct, you can't even get decent french fries anymore. The last 3 times I have been here the French fries were old and overcooked and when I asked for new fries they reheated the same fries in the microwave and gave them back. You don't get napkins or condiments. They never fill the drinks all the way to the top and roll their eyes when asked to fill it up the rest of the way. So disappointing. I will not be spending anymore money here.

Has to be the worse McDonald’s in Alabama. They get your order wrong every single time. They say “huh” 15 times before understanding a piece of your order. Idk if it’s lack of training or terrible equipment but they can’t understand you. They will pull you then forget they even pulled you then bring you the wrong order. When you ask for extra onions, they put 2 diced onions on the entire sandwich or nothing at all. They’re really struggling at this location and it’s evident.
