They literally just do not pay attention to what you actually order at this location. If we order light sauce, it looks like they put extra on. And every single time we order a ranch cup or something like that, it gets left out. Like it would take so much time to just glance at the order to see which sauce was chosen. Instead they just throw whatever they want in there.

Driver was fast and friendly, he even went out of his way to bring me some cups and a plate. Being a semi truck driver it's so hard to find decent service like this anywhere. Will definitely order when I'm in the area again

Oh goodness. Here comes the pounds I just lost! ? Pure joy here.... just discovered today they deliver to my residence! Food is superior to any other pizza place here. For the South, Papa John's house is the best pizza!

I have been to this location several times the main reason for this review is on Monday 5/27/24 at approximately 5:10 pm I called the store to place an order they placed me on hold for 15 minutes both times in customer service it only takes 20 seconds to place someone on hold in a polite way instead of directly putting someone on hold without even letting them say a word so after the second time a lady answered again same one who put me on hold the other 2 times I tried explaining her customer service was horrible I asked if she was a manager she said she was I said how would you like someone doing that to you and I would right a review. She said she didn’t give a f… and to f… off I’ll never order from this location again and would appreciate others to do the same. I work in customer service and I was raised to be respectful to everyone especially if you are in customer service I think people just don’t care anymore so the only way I know to have them fix this is hurt them in there pockets please stand by me and cut this location off.. I see many people are writing bad reviews about this location and nothing is being done so let’s get it people if they don’t want to fix it themselves we can do it by not doing business with them anymore

Pizza was cold the lady o. The phone was very impatient and had nothing but attitude for her own mistakes took down the wrong address so pizza was no longer hot upon arrival I asked for BONE IN WINGS! over the phone very clearly and they bring me boneless and they are disgusting I then have to call in again over the phone when I am then told they don't have bone in only boneless she decides to then remove it from the bill I say thank you she hangs up with an attitude ?? yall need to get it together waste of time and money not to mention the 2 hr wait time

I like their Barbeque Chicken Parmesean Crusted Papadia! It's usually pretty good as long as they don't overcook it, but it definitely needs more cheese. The pizza is good, too. Their delivery is usually very quick, which we love & appreciate!
