We love albertville Pizza Hut! All the staff is amazing. We feel welcomed from the moment we walk in the door. Mrs Cathy our waitress is always so good to us! She knows our drink order and knows my toddler and he just loves her and gives her hugs everytime we see her! She goes above and beyond at all she does she deserves a raise!!! The Buffett is always clean and fresh and the Pizza Hut is always busy!!!! We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Got a large 3 topping pan pizza for 12.99, which was a great deal. Pizza was delicious. We also had a salad with our mean (4). Bill was $50.75. ????? Turns out the one trip salad was $7.99 per salad!!! This doesn’t make any sense at all. I left a $7.00 tip.

I was really hoping this newly re-opened Pizza Hut would do good and be a big change from the poor ones that Marshall County use to have. While their food has been good the last couple times tonight really left a very bad taste in my mouth to where I will likely never be back again. I ordered carry-out online from my house. I got there about 10 minutes early before the 6:15 pickup time. I finally left at 7:35! 1.5 hours waiting on my order. After one hour I asked if they forgot about me. She looks thru the tickets then I hear the girl tell the cook to make mine now! I asked what happened and she blamed it on the new cook but really did not have a good explanation. The other girl then had the nerve to ask if I had paid yet to which I said “yes I did an hour and a half ago”. I told them that they should be paying me back! I should have at least been offered a free drink! The guy that came in 15 after me was still there when I left, and a seriously large crowd of people were waiting on their carry-outs. One man and another lady walked out and another person on the phone cancelled her order, all of them because of having to wait. Not putting my order in is exactly why I left the Guntersville location and never returned several years ago. And they closed soon afterward. The owner and management should be ashamed to say the least. Unacceptable!

That nostalgic original pan pizza in the giant cast iron pan brought back Great memories. Take the time to go sit down and eat like we did back in the day. Cups aren't red anymore but still have the same feel
