Got pizza the other day from here, they always forget something with your order or don't make it right, or it ends up cold. The one cashier I talked to was full of attitude when I requested to cancel the item they forgot to deliver. It's just not worth it at this location. I don't know if it's just the food or the people making or driving it to the locations. But it is terrible almost every time. Your better off with domino's.

Food wasn't ready on time, parts of the order was left out, didn't get what was ordered. And to top it off it looked like someone took a piece of the pizza out of the box. The employees knew I was going to be late for work, so they knew the order wouldn't be checked thoroughly. When I asked who the manager was the response was a raised hand only. The young man who claimed to be managing the restaurant just looked at me. Fourth dollars down the drain.

Few mix ips happened with order. Worker had turned off lights in dining room 1/2 hr before closing . My husband came home without our pizza , after thinking restaurant closed . I called and he made 2 nd trip up there to get our food

I never had Pizza Hut until about 6 months ago and I’m 36. The pizza is great , all the food is great , the workers are nice , and it’s always clean when I go in . I order online and there’s never ever a problem . Great place !

i ordered delivery at like 10:35 and said it would be deliverd at like 11 and i never got it i went to my email and said it had been canceled after they had already cooked it cause it said it was out of the oven and i got no text or anything cause they prob didn’t wanna deliver it i will not. be ordering from them again delivery wise management apparently needs to be bettter there

We ordered a pizza they said 20 min. Got there and waited another 15 min They lost our order. Got our money back and left. One man waited 1 hours. This is ridiculous. No they were not busy !!!

In this day an age where food is good, pricey and hard to have great customer service. This Hut has decent pizza, good deals but awsome customer service! I was really sore from working and I called to see of they had curbside service, Kim said yes and I believe brought it out her tag was covered. Thank you!
