Had an amazing experience. They were very, very concerned about my girlfriends allergies and made sure our experience was amazing. The managers Zack went over above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome time.
I absolutely had an amazing experience at this restaurant. By my fault completely I accidentally forgot to tell them to takeoff the fried onions because I have a gluten allergy when I asked them if they could remake it they went over above and beyond, even though it was my fault and not theirs. The manager, Zach, even brought us out a free dessert for the inconvenience. I was super impressed. Because like I said, it wasn’t their fault at all, but they treated it like it was.
Met Andrew today on our first visit. Visiting son in Boaz and he took us to Slim Chickens and everything was excellent. All the staff was very professional. Next time we are in Boaz we will definitely visit Slim Chickens.
