I enjoyed my nice snack at this Sonic on my trip home from Grand Rivers, KY back down to my home outside of Atlanta. And they didn't disappoint. Food was delicious. I got onion rings, tots, cheese sticks, a corn dog, and a small Oreo shake. The food came fast and fresh. The young lady was friendly. The only reason I didn't give them a 5-star review is their drive thru speaker wasn't working, and the screen and card system at the pull-up space weren't working. She was able to take my card, though, when she delivered my food. And I sat there enjoying my delicious snack before getting back on the road home.

Rich the creator of Best Burgers in America Association, and I travel in search of the best burgers in America, I saw the advertising from Sonic bragging about their New "Smash Burger," so I just had to go and try it. I ordered the Double Smasher and was disappointed with the burger's quality and taste. I score burgers from 1-10 and give them a 6 on the Smasher burger. There was no Wow factor that I look for in a great burger. Would I buy another one? No, I will move on in search of a better burger. Customer service did a good job.

The Sonic app kept messing up and wouldn’t process our order, but the young white boy with a country accent was extremely helpful and really sweet in taking our order and making sure we were satisfied and happy with our experience and our food! The young man needs a raise!! The food was delicious and fresh! Best fast food I’ve had in awhile. I will definitely be back!!

Waited 10 minutes with the button pushed, was told they'd be right with us. ANOTHER 10 minutes, no response still waiting. Decided to try the actual drive through, guess what happened there........waited another 10 minutes and as we pull away they start with "how can I help you" and before you wonder, they were NOT busy or had many customers. I will not be back to this Sonic.
