The baristas were making a huge order and ignoring the fact that there were 10 people in line waiting for someone to take their order. I ended up walking out because I was waiting for someone to take my order for 20 minutes.

I ordered a Trenta Black tea -which is supposed to be iced tea, basically. They messed my order twice. The barista didn’t seem to know what I ordered. Other Starbucks do not make this mistake.
Second time in a row they’ve forgotten about doing their mobile orders and I’ve waited twenty minutes til they realize they have mobile orders to fill.

Great store with a great crew of people! Management is always on top of ordering flavors and having everything in stock! They make the drinks correctly and always tasty! I give it all the stars! I come everyday.

The girl could not count change and when told she gave the wrong amount she argued snd could not comprehend she owed $1more even with a calculator.
