Second time in a row they’ve forgotten about doing their mobile orders and I’ve waited twenty minutes til they realize they have mobile orders to fill.

Over priced. Most of the employees are rude. The ones who aren't are bullied and management encouage it.

Great store with a great crew of people! Management is always on top of ordering flavors and having everything in stock! They make the drinks correctly and always tasty! I give it all the stars! I come everyday.

The girl could not count change and when told she gave the wrong amount she argued snd could not comprehend she owed $1more even with a calculator.

I came in to get a frappachino I order Starbucks twice a day but twice now I feel like I've been to McDonald's ?? the (blenders are down for maintenance they were not doing anything with the blenders) it's like you go to a place that charges more but get the same service ??? a craving mixed with disappointment so I went to McDonald's paid less and got a frappe how sad is that when Starbucks lets you down more than McDonald's if I'm going to spend that much money on a coffee I would think they would at least make the drinks people order I guess the service does not match the prices anymore shocker ???

Always wonderful!
If you order a milk substitute, watch them make it because they might use cow's milk even though you ordered another milk...especially if you have allergies to milk.
