Those were the worse 3 meatball subs I haven't ever gotten from there. They were cold we ccouldnt even eat them. They were doordshed but I followed him from time he left there till he got here. He didn't make one stop between there and my house.

This store doesn't take coupons that I get in the mail on a regular basis.
My wife and I went there, and they were out of bread. They had just a few sub-rolls of white bread left and some Flatbread. We ordered the Subway Club and asked for Pepper Jack Cheese. It was not put on either one, and it cost $25 + for two subs that were not up to par. The owner and management need to get their act together if they expect people to pay that much for a sub.

i did an online order and went to go pick it up, i got back in the car and i started to smell something real funky but couldnāt figure out what it was. well i moved closer to the bag and the bag smells like straight cigarettes. absolutely disgusting, and way too strong. youd think they just put a pack of cigarettes in the bag with the sandwiches. do better.

Me and my husband went to Albertville Subway while we was in town around 9:30am to get some sandwiches from there. We ordered a Footlong āThe Beastā and a Footlong Italian Herb and Cheese sandwich. We ordered and paid about $23 for only 2 sandwiches no drink, chips or cookies. Drove back home which is 30 minutes away and our sandwiches were hard as a brick. The veggies and meat inside were fine but the bread was not fresh and it seemed like it was from days ago. It sounded like knocking on wood. Also, it was like chewing through dry-wall. We called up there and drove 30 minutes back to town and when they remade our sandwiches, they toasted/heated them. Reminder, we did not get our sandwiches toasted or heated the first time due to not liking it heated or toasted. Therefore, we didnāt get to eat our footlong sandwiches that we paid $23 for. Managers were nice but the employees at Subway need better communication skills. However, a lady with long blonde hair was very respectful and nice about the mess-up and apologized for it(she did not make it the first time).
I don't usually do online, especially for things like this and places like that. The lady was real nice just walked in ask her if I need to stand in line or going to go ahead and get my online order. She said she just needed my name. It really shocked me how good the sandwich was and it had everything that I had ordered just the right amount!!!

The health rating was 95 , wow must of known they was coming. They had a piece of metal up where you could not see the food. I donāt like that, I could see the lettuce it was brown and not much of it. I asked for fresh she said we donāt have any more. I said well you need to put that in the garbage itās brown. The woman hateful ask what so I repeated it. After paying she tossed my bag. Bad food bad service they was little food for $8 I will drive to Guntersville next time or plan ahead and make it at home.

The lady working the counter has no sympathy kinda rude not a people person at all possibly offensive tattoos to some people
So me and my fiance enter and we are greeted with rude employees. Snapping at what we wanted and my fiance didn't know since he hasn't been to subway and years since he was a kid. Well then we are halfway done they proceed to tell us they don't accept coupons. It would be nice to know before we started ordering and spending over 30 something dollars on 2 drinks and 2 subs. This is so stupid.
