Horrible place to get food. Orders constantly messed up, guard the sauce packets like they are gold. Buy 6 tacos get 3 packs or sauce. Most the time tacos taste like old grease.

Waited in drive thru for almost 15 mins. Finally got to the speaker and ordered 6 soft tacos meat and cheese only, they only rang up 2 and told them AT THE SPEAKER I needed 6 and he said âyeah I got itâ pull up to the window to pay to tell them it was suppose to be 6 soft tacos and they wanted me to go back around through drive thru to replace my order and then they can fix it. Never heard of that but will most definitely not be going back..

I got yelled at.I ordered two drinks and I thought she had heard me but I wasnât sure but my mom drove off to the window without me having a chance to double check , when I got to the window the cashier said the total I said âfor two drinks? And he started yelling at me instead of informing me about the mistake we made in a nice professional way .My mom didnât understand what he was saying because she doesnât speak English but she did not like his tone.I get workers get stressed but it doesnât make it okay to take it out on a customer.I didnât catch his name but I hope he doesnât scream at anymore 15 year old girls in the future.
Ordered my food ahead of time, came to pick it up and waited 30 min to be told it would be another 30-45 min. Yes they were decently busy but their drive through wasnât wrapped nor was the lobby busy. Never had worse service in my life for fast food.

I accidentally placed my food order at this restaurant instead of the one close to me even though this one is 30 minutes away. I asked them if there was anything they could do and the woman proceeds to start trying to tell the staff to throw away my food on the phone with me and then saying he doesn't want it. So she refused to cancel it and tried to throw away my food and just keep my money.
