Very depressing place. Very bad image, dirty, messy, there was no AC❄️ when I was there; I think it's the ugliest place I've seen in the US, I don't even know how it passes inspection. The lady who brought the plate to the table did not say a hello! , I thanked him and he continued mute ? , I imagine that you never earn a tip that way.
