I placed a mobile order at this location for 3 value sandwiches and an order of fries. It was under $10 total. I sat at the drive thru window for close to 15 minutes, no one ever came to the window to say anything or let us know they were running behind/short handed, etc. An employee was standing inside playing or texting on her phone for most of the time I was waiting at the window. Finally my order was brought out and an employee apologized for our wait and said they were short staffed. The only thing correct in my order was the fries. All 3 sandwiches were wrong. How, after 15 minutes of waiting were all 3 of the sandwiches still wrong? Unfortunately, this isn't the first bad experience I have had at this location.

It took over 10 minutes to get my food. Pulled up to the window and the two girls were leaning over the counter on their phone. My chicken wrap though was probably the best I've ever had at any Wendy's. The chicken was moist and the size was the original size.

I came in to order my food and noticed no one had on gloves! Just bare hands touching on all the food and products! I was disgusted and disappointed in how comfortable they were working in that condition so I canceled my order and went to Taco Bell next-door instead where they did all have gloves on

I just got off a 36 hour shift Get supper apple pecan salad Ask for extra extra pecans, will pay more Got home to find not one pack of pecans or no dressing in my bag Total disappointment Will never go at night time again !!! Who wants to pay $10 for Terrible service the name of the salad is Apple pecan Day shift has always got my order right !! The single Dave’s burger my husband had was fine But …. Mine was terrible!!! Wendy’s in albertville night shift 😤!!!!

The lady at the counter was not friendly. Not greeted, no smile, big ole frown on her face, not thanked. The restroom was clean and stocked. Parking lot and exterior of building was free of trash. The food was hot and fresh! Only downfall was the friendliness of service.
