Stopped at wendys for dinner and was super disappointed with the quality of our food. The fries were cold and hard, the burgers were cold and were only partially wrapped. They also forgot an order of fries. The staff was great, the lady at the window was very sweet.

Wendy’s in Albertville really dropped the ball and right after they opened back up form months of being closed I went thru the drive thru on my lunch break and when I got back to work (which is directly across the street) the fries were so cold and salty they were inedible, my burger wasn’t right it was missing extras i ordered and the girl that took my order was really snappy and rude I tried calling multiple times to let them know about the issues and they couldn’t even answer the phone and this was at 9:30pm so it wasn’t a busy time I had high hopes but they seriously missed the mark!!!!!
