The service was not bad, it took a long time for someone to take our order, then it took 18 minutes for the food to get to the table. The food was hot when it finally got to us. You could tell they were short staffed. They need more people working on Sunday mornings.

I came by for a quick meal and the service was phenomenal! The employees greeted me as I stepped through the doors and were extremely patient!! The food was also amazing and I cannot wait to go back! Such a clean place, was easy to order had no problems whatsoever. Friendly employees such sweet smiles!! Food was fresh and I was able to enjoy without any problems!! Will be coming here again!!

Stopped by Whataburger around 5:30 PM last night and had one of the best fast food experiences. The line moved fast, my order was spot-on, and everything came out hot—especially the fries. Customer service was a 10/10 and the dining area was clean.
3 times in a row I go here and tell them my name and get called sir. Horrible prejudiced company. I even called about it and spoke with management. They don't care they're just as hateful. And before then they wouldn't even puty name on the bag. Just Z. That happened for months. And they didn't mis hear cause most of the time they asked twice. Shitty company with shitty morals and ethics. Companies like these are a part of the reason I have to leave my home. I advise people to avoid this place.
