Whataburger has always been great. Everywhere BUT Albertville. This location is literally the worst Whataburger I've ever ate at. I've given them three tries, just to make SURE it wasn't a one time eff up. Nope! Food was cold, dry, and disgusting every time. And this is through two different sets of general management. I'm so disappointed because I was super excited knowing they were coming to Albertville, they dashed those hopes and dreams. We spent almost $50 on two small milkshake meals and one double cheeseburger. It took them 15 minutes to get our food and it was cold! Biggest waste of money on food ever. Also, their restrooms are filthy. Never again. Do better, Albertville Whataburger.

Third time to the Albertville location. Third time the food was complete garbage. $46 for a small meal, a large meal and a double cheeseburger. It's a good thing I know what Whataburger is supposed to taste like or I'd never spend my hard earned cash in any other location either. That being said, I won't ever visit the Albertville location again. The only thing they had going for them was the young man that took our order. He was pleasant and very respectable. However, besides the terrible food, the bathrooms were disgusting and it took WAY too long to get our order, considering we were the only people in there. It would have been one thing if our fries were hot and our burgers didn't taste half dried out. I'd have happily waited that long for a hot, fresh meal. $46 down the drain and lesson learned. Oh yeah, the shakes were pretty good, too. So there was that. Not enough saving grace for this guy, though.

just want yall to know how dirty this place is, next time you guys decide to eat at whataburger or even get a drink from them just know you might be drinking maggots.

Ask of 11:22pm 11:23 I had paid for my food I order a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, justaburger jr and a grilled chicken sandwich they forgot the BRCS and then I ask the night time manager if I could get the justaburger remade right he told me no so literally yall got a burger and plus 50 cent come on I had to drive from Sardis all the way to Albertville to just not remake 2 burgers like come on. And then my mother in law order a #2 just the burger it was made sloppy the bread looked horrible the lettuce looked bad and then they didn’t even add the sliced jalapeños. So I spent almost 30 something for food that wasn’t even made completely right. Aka I use to work there and we never sent our food looking horrible if there was something made wrong or we would fix it. I really hope a manager will Call me cause I really upset and I’ll never come back to spend a dime and just to mention this yall wasn’t even busy at the time and the food was still made made wrong. Come on yall need to get it together before yall have the darn location shut door. All I wanted was fresh made food hot not cold.

Recently was eating in and someone open the door and a giant draft from the nearby chicken plant overtook dining room cannot stand the smell of chicken crap while dining
I didn’t even know we had whataburger’s in Bama now (besides the one by the peach park) so that’s nice to know. The Dr Pepper milkshake is awesome! The fries are always fresh and hot and dare I say might taste better than McDonald’s fries ?
