Placed a pickup order on the app. Drove 13ish mins to pick up, arrived after the pickup time. Waited in line 20ish mins. Got to the pickup window and still had to wait for my food to be cooked and bagged. The drive thru window was open, which allowed me to hear everything going on inside, 1 employee was told not to cook and fix his own food, but did it anyway. I over heard the cashier telling the cook he was too slow, witnessed the cashier playing on her phone. It took 45 minutes total to get my order. I ordered 1 meal and an additional side item. The food was good, but not worth the wait time for a fast food establishment. Very disappointed.

I normally avoid Burger King’s due to poor service. This Burger King is an exception and it is quite exceptional. I’ve been to a lot of these restaurants in multiple cities and tend to get the same poor service no matter where I am. This particular location has great customer service accurate food delivery and the taste and quality are on par with level of customer service. This is the best Burger King I can visit anywhere.

Extremely SLOW !!! It's absolutely the worst drive thru in town. Very slow service. Short manager that was at the windows can catch an attitude very quickly. Also... there is no functional drive thru lane. People clogging up the main entrance from the highway. I won't be back!

Asked for my food to be made fresh and still received old food. Brought the food back inside and asked again for it to be made fresh. Got another bag of food 2 minutes later that was still old. I will never eat at this place again. This is not the first time that this has happened at this location. Needs new management asap.
We went to the drive-thru after watching the Kowliaga Fireworks Show. All 3 of us ordered the Original Chicken sandwiches meals. I substituted onion rings for fries, my 9 year old substituted a milk shake for the drink, and my 23 year old added extra items with his meal. We did have to wait about 5 minutes on our food, which we didn't mind because Everything was freshly cooked and hot. The 2 drive-thru employees were very nice so we had a very pleasant experience!
you would think the managers had better customer service. HORRIBLE MANAGERS ! 1st incident I overlooked short black dude with dreads messed my order up . gave me cold food & left food out my bag I had to go inside twice . this time it was the skinny dude with glasses I asked for my food a specific way . he gave me cold food. fries were limp nuggets were hard an cold . bread on my burger was soggy .& he had on a headset surely he heard everything I said I had to call the actual store for him to say I’ll put your name down DO YOUR JOBS CORRECTLY OR GO HOME !
Manager very rude. Customer Service poor. I am very conscious about customer service and what I experienced on June6 has caused me to never eat there again.
