Carlos Mexican Grill serves excellent fajitas and offers good overall experiences. The service is top-notch, and the salsa and chips are fresh. The Sopapillas, served hot with honey, chocolate syrup, and cherry/vanilla ice cream, are a highlight. While there may be some challenges with wheelchair accessibility, including non-automatic doors and unclear handicapped parking, there are plenty of parking spaces available. Note that the restaurant can be a little hidden behind the muscle car museum, but the inside booths are neat and cozy.
