Petra, the manager is so down to earth, I love her every time I visit huddle house she always take care of me. Oh and let’s not forget the crew that she has under her are the absolute best, respectful and fast paced!!

Tonight was the third time eating at this location and the experience was certainly consistent.first two times i ate was at least an half hour wait for a table to be cleared another 30 to 45 minutes to order and at least another 50 mins for food. So plan for at least 3 hours just to get cold halfway put together foods. Tonight I went in there sat down was greeted which was a nice change and gave me hope that proved futile. Sat for about twenty minutes while other patrons I suppose either regulars or friends of the staff came in order and food being prepared before I even got offered a beverage. Only wanted a waffle before going back to the hospital for the night to watch over my son. Had to walk out and find something else before I ran out of time. I can see why all the huddle houses are going out of business. Don't eat here

The atmosphere that we experience today was awful we was looked over as if we wasn’t there and I will never do business at this place again the people that came behind us got service and we was never asked for our order and it was the short white girl that was supposed to our waitress but she was very unfriendly and this happened on 1/17/2025

We had terrible experience. Found hair in food but that wasn't the worst part. Our waiter had a serious problem with us she didn't come check on us once. I had to go to counter and ask for syrup and she never brought it out so I went up there again just to get it. She didn't bring us a receipt either and was giving us dirty looks like we did something to her. This was 12/3/24 at 6pm young white woman very short. I will do everything in my power to spread the word to locals and hurt there business
I don't know what is going on at Huddle House. I am usually very satisfied with my service, but this time and the time before, the service has been lacking. The last time I came here. The waitress just went outside and I was without a top up of my drink for a while. I had to ask another waitress to give me a refill. The same thing is happening now. What is going on here? The food was great, but the service was not good.

The Alexander City location closed 2 hours early!!! It is posted they're to be open until 12 a.m and they were closing down by 10 p.m when we drove into the parking lot

Loved the prices, food was bland, and the service was slow, unhappy, and somewhat distracted. Cooks were unkept and unhealthy...coughing several times without covering or shielding.

Don’t waste your time stopping here. Once in the middle of the day, the doors were locked with customers inside.
Today they had 5-6 tables marked as closed. The bar was piled with junk. And you had to sign in and wait.
It’s really just not worth it in this town anymore. Check out Who’s Diner instead.
