Actully, the worst take out order we've ever received! Traveled 11 hours, by car , as we're heading home for Christmas. Placed an order at windows, not especially a friendly or patient person taking the order. The young gal taking the payment was friendly... only reason I gave a 2 star for service. Got our food and went to hotel. Checked in at the hotel, got our stuff to the room, sat down opened the bag of food, total of 4 pcs. of chicken, lg. mashed potatoes & gravy, for 2 people. NOT 1 piece of silverware, no salt & pepper or butter... I asked specifically for these when we ordered... but again, a fairly rude lady taking the order. But, that's not even the worst part.... we are pretty sure the chicken was two maybe three days old and reheated. The coating was so hard you couldn't break it with your fingers absolutely, and disgusting..... so uncalled for. We ate the mashed potatoes and if we hadn't been so tired I would have taken it all back and dumped it on the counter! I figured I could handle it in a review and hope that the higher archy of ownership reads this. My husband and I were not rude one bit when we were there and to have this kind of treatment and food.... this KFC in Alexander City, should be shut down... or at least training your staff on how to treat people and how to cook and serve your food. Cashiers too ignorant to ring up anything different than meals by numbers ie ask for a breast and wing(#2maybe) add green beans : ain’t happening : they’ll hit#8 which has three chickens and two sides : it’s the schools fault : go ahead and say it.

We were in Alex City from northern AL and dined in at the KFC. I ordered a 2-piece/2-side meal: 2 original chicken pieces and 2 coleslaws for my sides. I received 1 coleslaw and 1 mashed potato. When I informed the cashier, she gave me the 2nd coleslaw. This was the BEST KFC food I have ever eaten. There are a lot of poor reviews for this KFC location stating that the food was stale. If the store can better manage their production schedule and stop serving stale food, this would be a 10-star KFC!

First the lady at the window told me that the biscuits were hard asl so I can substitute it . I said ok well at least she's Informing me . So I got double fries with my 5pc tenders . When I tell you the only thing that was good was that STARRY drink. Because the food was cold and tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier . None of the food was fresh . I almost threw up .

I ordered 2 breast and 2 legs, and 3 tenders extra crispy to go and I got 1 breast 1 wing and 2 legs and it was regular not crispy. My tenders were so hard you couldn't bite them. Look like been under a heat lamp all day. Got it to go and didn't look at it until I got home which is 25 miles away. Extremely disappointed. I learned my lesson!! Wouldn't go back!
