The manager guy with the stretched ears was super nice, the young girl at the counter was super sweet and the food was perfect. I called in to order and was told they were almost out of dough but would try to make my order, my order was only a medium pizza and small cheese bread and they had it ready almost immediately by time I got there. 10/10 recommend this location. Employees were working hard and were all very polite and pleasant.

Please avoid giving this place any business!! Got home to discover my pizza was over cooked like rubber! Couldn’t even chew it. It was awful, and then when I called to tell inform them; the lady said, I can’t guarantee you the other won’t be the same way. That was the most harsh thing to say to a customer giving your place some business! I called the 1-800 number on them & reported them and also, they saw where they voided the order. Righteously, that’s considered stealing money, because they sholl didn’t give it back to me. SMH. It’s ok God don’t like ugly!!!! I’m sure justice will be served. Poor service & poor customer service ?

Got the crispy cuppy roni bites and the flavor of the pepperoni was weird not your traditional flavor but everything else was good and nice and hot
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian bowls that don't have pizza crust so good for a gluten free and vegetarian option
Dietary restrictions: They have bowls that have no bread so kinda low carb and they have gluten free options

1/27/24 ordered an extra-large pizza 1/2 pepperoni and mushrooms and 1/2 supreme minus green peppers and Canadian bacon, add bacon and anchovies. What I actually got had green peppers on the loaded side onions and sausage on the whole thing and black olives on the whole pizza. So the pepperoni and mushroom side had to be picked to bits and I had to fight indigestion all night due to the green peppers. Attention to details is what brings customers back. This was a bad first experience with this Papa John's. I'll use Domino's or Pizza Hut for my next pizza. Not to mention I had to pay for delivery with Door Dash.
