Omg!!!!! I recently got word that this pizza hut crew does not wear gloves and to not eat here! I was also told by an employee that is a friend that it is true and they don't even wash their hands half the time!!!! LISTEN TO THIS ! I personally called and spoke to a manager! I told her what I've heard from numerous people and asked did she know anything about this! She proceeded to say , "The employees wash their hands and then it goes through a high degree oven"....I said MA'AM DO YOUR EMPLOYEES WEAR GLOVES AFTER THEY WASH THEIR HANDS OR NOT !? A HIGH DEGREE OVEN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!.... she then says "SOME WEAR GLOVES AND SOME DO NOT MA'AM".......What in the world!!!!!!! And then she had the nerve to have a attitude WITH ME because THEY are using HORRIBLE SANITITION!!! Out right damn nasty !!!! And I hope you see this!!! I couldn't even do anything I politely just got her name. The managers name was Melanie, I may have spelled that wrong but it's hell of close! PLAIN OUT DAMN UNSANITARY!! And these people should know!!!!!!!

The atmosphere has been made bland, with artifacts thrown in for the sale of nostalgia. The service was good, not great, and the food....well let's say it's "meh" at best. The sausage on the pizzas was nasty, some of the pizzas had no visible sauce, the lettuce on the salad bar had brown bits in it, and the dressings were too thick.
Overall, it's not a place I enjoy as an adult. I've become more of a Domino's fan, and will even settle for Papa John's or Hunt Brothers before I choose Pizza Hut.
Upon entering the restaurant we were “greeted” with extreme rudeness. But the lady at the register was very kind and friendly. She took our order and was prompt and caring. Best service from her! She made out experience excellent

The lady running it tonight November 10 did an amazing job she told me when I I called that it would be about 25 min due to the fact she was there by herself when I pulled up she said she be right there. When she got me my order she had just about broke down on me due to the fact she had some rude customers blessing her out due to taking a while to get there food, but she was doing the best she could since all her help called in which forever maybe the reason why. So don’t be rude to lady who doing everything she can buy her self. The Alex City Al Area

Vegetarian options: My thoughts are that you don't have to order any meat. They should have a vegetable pizza.

Wheelchair accessibility: No problem here either. I still love their pizza. I got a thin and crispy pizza with ? and black olives ?.

I love the personal pan pizzas! Call and order, ready when I get there and always hot! Yum! Always have a good experience at drive thru too, very courteous!
I ordered a build your own large pizza with ten toppings. I ordered extra black olives and extra mushrooms. There were hardly any black olives or mushrooms, much less any of the other toppings I ordered. I got charged .80 each for two very tiny cups of marinara sauce, which I used to get big cups for free. I am very disappointed with Pizza Hut recently since my last few visits. In fact, I'm thinking seriously about taking my business elsewhere.

When I was at the buffet I seen a waiter name Kim stick her hands in the pickle jar with no gloves and she had a lot of jewelry on ? and she didn’t wash her hands she wipes it on her apron. And The store manager melody is horrible she has an nasty attitude and she always rude!
