Ordered online ! Half of my items are missing on my sub and it wasn’t toasted . I called the store and the manager Mindy told me they put what they see from the paper(receipt)on my sub . Lol . Am I the only one see TOASTED and tomatoes along with other items on the receipt but don’t see it on the sub ? All the manager had to say was Ok.

Ordered in store a few days ago, I'm giving 3 stars but can't be positive. The last 2 days since eating my sub I have been violently sick with stomach issues. Partner also got a sub but with almost nothing on it that I had (no veggies.) We never eat out many places and this is the only culprit that I can think of timeline wise. Hopefully the cold ingredients are being handled properly and that I am wrong.

I loved subway but over the years it's gone downhill. Employees who just want to play on their phone. The service is lacking any type of satisfaction. Most of the employees are rude and ignorant and just don't want to do their jobs. I'm very sad to say this about subway but the truth is harsh.

My husband’s Subway app was hacked into and someone order from this Subway. No one answers the phone! This is completely unacceptable! Because of the lack of answering, we weren’t able to stop the sale.

I didn’t realize that subway closed at 9 PM and ended up being “that” person and walked in five minutes until close tonight. I just want to say that all three of the employees that were there were so nice to the customers that were there at the last minute and didn’t make anyone feel like an inconvenience. I really appreciated that since I am sure they were ready to go home!

Ordered for 5, NOTHING was correct,2 out of 5 sandwiches were close, paid for extras, didn't get them, had incorrect bread, meat, sauces... maybe even someone else's 5 sandwiches?And of course, no one will answer the phone!

I ordered sub via app. When my husband picked up the order and brought it to me at work, I was unable to eat it. I asked for it to be cut in fours. The sandwich was cut in 3 straight through the subway logo paper, when I opened it up the sandwich fell out all over the floor at work. I was able to savage it enough to return it for a refund. I will never dine at this subway again.
