I've been there three Sundays in a row. I got the Tuna on wheat not toasted. The bread is so much better than it used to be. The young man who prepared my sandwich paid careful attention to detail and was very nice. I have always liked Subway, but found at times the food to be well, not that great. Here lately, the food has been wonderful. Shout out to the new owners, Thank You!

Used yo be my favorite place to eat in Alexandercity, now the food is terrible and the service is even worse. The guy behind the counter could not understand English so he had someone to tell him what I was ordering . Tried to eat there a couple times after the new remodel and hot diarrhea every time I ate there

Why do they hide the meat and cheese? Everything used to be visible, but now they don't want you to see how much, or how little they are putting on your sandwich.

Very rude young guy working. He’s always propped up and he acts like you are bothering him when you order. And the prices have shot up. 2 sub meals costs 37$. 37$ for bread and sandwich meat a drink and some cookies? If I hadn’t been in a rush I would’ve left. I think it’s family owned now and that’s cool but you have to hold everyone accountable even if it’s family. That kids got a rude awakening coming his way later in life

The guy that works in there with the ear gages has the worst attitude. He complained that we ordered and then way throwing his head back and huffing and rolling errors because he had to work. This was my second time on here and the goat time they didn’t cook bread so we count order sandwiches. I won’t be going back with my family. Worst place ever.

I don't know what happened to this store.I used to love it but went in to get a sandwich and the sandwich wasn't good at all the people working was hard to understand and I was very disappointed in the service and quality of my sandwich. I will go to publix from now . Or to a different subway. Sad this place isn't even worth a star but had to give one to write this review.

Ordered online ! Half of my items are missing on my sub and it wasn’t toasted . I called the store and the manager Mindy told me they put what they see from the paper(receipt)on my sub . Lol . Am I the only one see TOASTED and tomatoes along with other items on the receipt but don’t see it on the sub ? All the manager had to say was Ok.

Ordered in store a few days ago, I'm giving 3 stars but can't be positive. The last 2 days since eating my sub I have been violently sick with stomach issues. Partner also got a sub but with almost nothing on it that I had (no veggies.) We never eat out many places and this is the only culprit that I can think of timeline wise. Hopefully the cold ingredients are being handled properly and that I am wrong.
