I detest the new kiosk ordering system so I went through the drive thru and patiently waited 10 minutes to get to the speaker. Waiting at speaker for 5 minutes and repeatedly asked "Hello" to which no one ever answered. I finally drove to window and explained that no one ever asked for my order so after 5 minutes, I drove forward. She told me she couldn't take my order and that I'd have to get back in drive thru line. I told her I only wanted one Nachos Bell Grande and she stepped into the kitchen area and returned telling me to get back in line. I refused as I had already waited 15 minutes! Between the self order kiosk system and the refusal to "go the extra mile" for a customer who was in no way in the wrong, I'm finished with this Alexander City location.

we got there at 7:47 pm, ordered on the tablets and didn’t get our food until over an hour later. the manager was beyond rude. there was a lady door dashing that had been waiting longer then we were. there was a guy with diabetes and his blood sugar had dropped and they told his wife they didn’t care and couldn’t help. there was 6 workers and none of them cared, we questioned one boy after 30 minutes and he ignored. the manager was so disrespectful. the drive thru moved car after car but no one inside received food at any reasonable time. this place was absolutely pathetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!’

I personally am someone who loves taco bell but this location is absolutely terrible!! They had between 6-8 workers (which I feel is a lot compared to other fast food places), they were all extremely rude, including the manager! We ordered at 7:47 and did not receive our food until 52 minutes later. The drive thru was going fast, the dining room became full, and the employees could not ever tell us where our food was and why the drive thru was getting there’s before us. A man with diabetes had been waiting over an hour for his food and started shaking due to his sugar dropping and the manager said “I do not care, I can’t help that he has diabetes”. that is extremely careless and rude. I will never recommend this taco bell, and honestly do not think they need to keep the same manager in control.

Friendly associates, great food the way I like it.
My wife loves you guys but you were sneaky (I think). It looks like you have quietly down-sized the portions. I get it, you are trying to hold off on raising the price, it's tough out there now but have you considered maybe offering a choice of sizes. It sure beats getting home with a downsized meal.?

The food was ok and the back of the house seemed to be working well together. The restaurant, including the women's bathroom, was very dirty. The two young ladies behind the counter didn't even interact with us. The touchscreen for ordering was filthy with sticky fingerprints. Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure of mine. Sadly I won't be back to the one in my hometown.
Clean the restaurant. Guest should not have ants crawling on them and their food. On food: supreme means add sour cream.
