Upon entering the establishment it was clear there had been a rush earlier. Most all tables were dirty, either still full of dishes or just dirty with crumbs,etc.There were two employees, a cook and a server. So far any problems could be overlooked due to being short handed.My son ordered chicken tenders and fries. I ordered a patty melt with a side salad.The chicken tenders were a little over cooked and hard.My salad was wilted and I was unable to eat it, someone else may have been alright with it. My patty melt smelt so good but the meat had an off taste to it. I took it home to try it again in case it was just me but even later when I tried again to eat it I couldn't due to the off taste.All of this was disappointing due to Huddle House being one of our favorite restaurants.The employees were very nice and tired.I hope to have a better experience the next time we try Huddle House.I'm my opinion this particular location could use some attention. The bathroom was the highlight of the visit as it was bigger and cleaner than most.
Depending on the time of day this Huddle House can be great.
