First time at jacks had breakfast, food was hot, fresh, and exceptional value. I was traveling. We dont have Jack's in my neck of the woods but would definitely go back if I ran across one.

Called late (9:30pm) because my online app wouldn't take my order. I wanted the Family Box- 10 piece chicken. The manager said she only had breasts and wings left. I told her that would be fine. I got home and opened the box. We were given 4 big breasts and about 10 to 12 wings. It was a lot more than I paid for and it was perfect!

The food Was good, but poor management. Over 30 minutes to get two Big Jack, one big bacon add mashed potatoes and gravy. And some waited longer than that. Wanted some chicken but they said it been up more than 40 minutes. Been going for years. Too many school kids working on a Saturday evening. The whole staff what's high school kids and one manager. Not saying because she was older lady, she couldn't hardly get around. Nice ,b
