I had a problem with the sonic app which then carried over to the particular sonic I was at. That sonic was rude and refused to assist me in any way. Tonight I went to the sonic in Alexandria and spent ke with manager about my experience at the other sonic which was out of town. She was very polite, listened to my complaint, then took my order. The food was hot fresh and tasty. I will be eating there again.

Could not complete my order online, the site would not let me check out. Drove to Sonic and had to order about three times. Food arrived quickly, and the initial inspection looked good. When I got home, one of the cheeseburgers was incorrect. The chili cheese fries had no cheese. Usually, our orders are correct, this was surprising.

While my food was fresh, the order was messed up. Nearly ever time I go there at night something is always wrong with my order and takes 2 times as long to come out. However when I go in the mornings with Brooke there, always correct and fast. She's the only reason I want to go there anymore. If I could rate people individually I would give Brooke 10 stars
