Most disturbing store I’ve ever been to the workers are extremely unpleasant the inside is disgusting all their sandwiches taste like mold I can’t help but think this stores management doesn’t exist also nothing but a bunch of junkies work there

Was not able to order so can’t rate the food. Arrived at 8:10 to grab dinner both doors to the were locked and the open sign was on. Left and called out of curiosity and asked the lady that answered what the hours were she said we close at 9:00pm. Hard to be open when patrons can’t walk in to order.

Second time ordering on the app in a week and both orders were wrong. I had the BOGO Footlong and the first time the sandwiches were correct but all of the condiments were wrong. Then, today I ordered pickup from the Alexandria location and I ordered a sub for myself and a sub for my husband. Two completely different subs but received two of my husband's order. Unacceptable. We eat what we like and I don't eat his selection. Total waste. Subway, pay attention to the complete order. How was this missed when my receipt shows EXACTLY how I wanted the sandwiches? Make it make sense.

Got a. 6 inch steak amd cheese sub woth lettuce. No lettuce or cheese, bread very hard and tough couldn't eat it. Hardly any meatat all on sandwich. Horrible food.
