Worst experience I've ever had at a Waffle House. Just gonna leave it at that. I won't be coming back. I will say this, the waitress working on 9-9-25 at 7:30 pm should not be allowed to be a waitress. Ever. Anywhere. God awful service. And what makes it so bad, the place was practically empty.

I frequent the Alexandria Waffle House. This Sunday 7/20/25, a friend and I were having breakfast. As we were finishing the waitress who got my order wrong from the beginning, took my friends plate while she was still eating! Then in a few minutes a man (who I assume was the cook) ask us to move and go to a counter so they could seat someone in our booth. There were plenty of counter seats and bar seats. We were still drinking our water. It might have been different if there had been NO seats available. This is unacceptable! No way to treat customers much less regular customers!!!

I order my food to go .. it’s 4am no one is in the establishment there is 2 servers and one cooks no cars in the parking lot but empty plates cups etc afrosss MULTIPLE seats/tables so after reviewing the situation I just wanted to take my food home
the server was complaining about “banging head of customers on tables” & “Stupid questions” both the other server and cook on shift replied ”there is no stupid questions” but she continued how the week was better than her usual wanting to “bang customer heads on the table” while I’m waiting on my order 0/10 recommendation on over night/3rd shift.

I was waited on by Kaylie & just wanted to say, although we asked for a lot she didn’t once get upset and was the best serving experience I’ve ever had even with balancing us & several other tables. All of the servers there that morning were EXCEPTIONAL. However, the cook’s attitude is not something any of them should have to deal with. I was absolutely shocked how she treated them & the food was made incorrectly twice even after we had asked it to be remade (which kaylie was super sweet about getting it remade!) I am a little torn on whether to come back due to the cook but want to come back for the servers here.

The best waffles I have had! I get the chocolate chip waffle with a side of hash browns and bacon. 🥓 The bacon is so crispy and the hash browns are perfect with some ketchup.

We spent over $50. A few minutes ago. All The food is worst that Florida road kill in July. The bacon is burnt so bad you can’t taste nothing but burnt and it is burnt black as midnight. All the hash browns are burnt to a crisp on the out side and some how the insides are cold and not even close to being cooked. I ordered tomato and onion in my hash browns and there was 3 pieces of tomatoes. The meal is so bad it should replace the burnt turkey scene in Christmas vacation. Please get a cook or teach this one.
