“Best Mexican food ever! Love the food and the staff!”

“We stopped here for a quick lunch it wasn't our plan but we were pleasantly suprised! I had a cup of tomato basil soup and spinach and feta quiche, I could've gotten just the quiche as the portion was generous! Both items were tasty and the outdoor eating area was pleasant. We decided to buy a baguette, a macaron, and a lemon bar to take along with us since lunch was so enjoyable. The pistachio macaron was good and had a nice pistachio flavor. The lemon bar was huge and fantastic if you like lemon don't miss this treat! The baguette was delicious as well! We will definitely return on our next visit to Blacksburg!”

“I know today about 1 or so the staff was struggling with orders. Several of us were asked to pull up through the drive thru line. I just want to say that my chicken sandwiches were fresh hot and very good today. Be patient because in my case it paid off in some good food and a correct order.”

“Wonderful place to stop and grab a morning coffee, a bite to eat, or some ice cream. The young ladies working were so kind and there is a little something for everyone in the store. Very unique and beautiful place to enjoy some time with friends or family.”

“Our daughter couldn't be happier with her wedding cake from Valor Bakery! It was absolutely stunning-especially with the delicate pearl accents, and a gorgeous cascade of fresh flowers. It looked like a work of art and was a true showstopper at the reception. Even better, it tasted just as amazing as it looked. Each tier was moist, flavorful, and had our guests raving. Kathy incorporated her much loved strawberry cake into one of the tiers and it was delicious!! Kathy was a joy to work with— professional, creative, and truly passionate about her craft. But she was especially patient and kind throughout the entire process. She brought our daughter’s dream to life, and she was thrilled with the final result! If you want a cake that's both beautiful and delicious, we highly recommend Valor Bakery!! Thank you again for making Sophie’s big day even sweeter!”

“It is not a fancy place but they are definitely trying with what they got. That’s not a bad thing at all. They have some decent dishes but the presentation of everything could be better.
They are very nice staff and the food is subpar at its lowest.”

“Couldn’t even place an order. Called in a pickup , a lady took my number, name and told me 25 minutes. An hour later the order wasn’t even made and she tried to act clueless and say we had wrong place maybe. Then mentioned she sat the order down on the fridge, this would be understandable with a busy night but there was not one person inside they are just simply careless and are too busy playing around inside to get the job done.”

“The new call-in service is terrible. We drove into town , got to the counter to pay, while my daughter was still on hold.... will not do that again. Rather have Hunt pizza than deal with that ridiculous action again”

“Staff does a great job of keeping things moving. Corporate owes this highly trafficked store a full upgrade. Tons of drive thru customers and most Saturdays, the line extends into the highway. Too many other Jack's smaller, less used locations have been fully updated since this one. Well passed time this one got the attention it has earned.”

“We came all the way from Texas because my wife wanted gizzards and liver. Because she likes them from here a lot. Once we arrived at 8:00pm the tall skinny dark guy said they were out and they would not make anymore. We asked to speak to the manager . Some young man with blood curly hair came out to speak with us. We told him we really wanted fried gizzards and liver. He was so friendly and helped us without hesitation. I believe his name was Ethan. Thank you Ethan for serving us 👏👏. You deserve a raise. 😊😊. And for the other guy he seems to be in a rush to leave. Find a job in something you like. Apparently this one is not for you.”
