“Outstanding dinner. We unknowingly parked close to the smoker and we smeledl the goodness before we got out of the car. My wife had a wrap and I ate the Beef Brisket Plate. The meat was tender and no fat included in the mix! The cheese grits were top notch and the baked beans were excellent. I wish we had a independent home town restaurant like this in Pell City. if you are ever passing through on U.S. 231, do yourself a favor and stop in.”

“My partner and I visited Barking Bee Coffee for the first time today! We were impressed with the customer service, quality of drinks, and price. He got an iced coffee with a pump of honey lavender. I got a blended vanilla drink and also a chai latte. All were great. We will be back!”

“Food was great and plenty of it. Salsa and chips were also great. Service was prompt and friendly. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the noise level in the place. It was so loud that it was distracting and maybe even a little bit annoying. Acoustic ceilings would probably help. It's not enough to keep me from going back though because everything else was top notch, so there's the reason the place stays packed. Very reasonably priced also.”

I've never seen a daiquiri and long island iced tea served anywhere where it came in a tiny margarita glass.”

“The best Mexican food in town.You have to try the "PARRILLADA"!!It has a ribey, chicken breast, chorizo, shrimp, cheese and the best homemade salsa. This is a big plate, enough for two people. They have the best tasting margaritas ? ?. The music and atmosphere is great. Perfect for couples and families.”

“Love going in here for lunch when I get the chance. The girls working are always so sweet and it's a very relaxed environment. My oldest child loves their chicken and fries, but me? Two words: Junkyard Fries. I am obsessed with these tasty fries covered in cheese, bacon, Cajun ranch, pulled pork, BBQ sauce and topped with onions and peppers (although I remove those myself). The food is always fresh and the sweet tea is always perfect. For sure recommend if you are passing through!”

“I am in town for an audit so wanted to try some local restaurants. The salsa was on the mild side but not bad. The food was delivered quickly and was good but a little on the greasy side. It appeared that they didn't drain the excess fat prior to making my tacos. All in all a good lunch that I enjoyed and was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes.”
