“Just ate at The White House Restaurant in Warrior, Alabama AGAIN! The food is always delicious! Today we had the seafood special that they have on Saturdays and it was awesome. My husband and I had flounder, shrimp, stuffed crab, hush puppies, coleslaw, and a baked potato. Wow! Scrumptious meal and so much of it that I’m stuffed. Maria was our server this evening and even though the restaurant was packed and super busy she kept a smile on her face while taking care of us and everyone around us. We were super pleased with the service and the food!”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Called an order in at 5:30 and was told it would be ready by 6:30. Got there and its not ready. Was told 15 more mins, fine...gotcha, no problem. Waited and again...NOT ready, 6:45 by now...ok, no biggie. Now its 7 o clock by this time and im told another 10 mins with attitude like its my fault for checking my order when i was told to BY THEIR TIME. Almost 2 fn hours by this point, NO answers, more attitude. ANOTHER 10 mins...Got tired of walking to the window getting attitude so we called from the parking lot and was then told they didnt know when it would be ready...They would get it done when they had time. 2 GD FN HOURS OF WAITING AND NO FOOD. WASTED TIME AND GAS AND GET ATTITUDE FOR NO FN REASON AND NO DINNER. The owner really needs to do some employee fixing or if that was the owner...F that place. That 1 bad stop was enough to never go back for me...”

(FYI they serve it at lunch not breakfast.) But they were kind and made me one anyway!! Thank you Jack’s!!! But that’s not all. I go to pay for my meal and the person ahead of me had paid for my meal!!! Thank you kind stranger!!! That was very sweet!!! I really appreciated it!!!! So, I thought that’s a great idea!!! So I paid it forward and paid for the person in line behind me! So thankful!!! And by the way.....the FRIED GREEN TOMATO BLT IS AWESOME!!! I love this Jack’s!!! Never disappoints. Every time I stop here (mostly Sundays morning on my way to bham Costco) I get the best meal ever. Guys @ the kitchen don’t play around when it comes to food allergies either, wife’s allergic to tomatoes and they ALWAYS got the order right (you guys would be surprised on how many people don’t know that ketchup or bbq sauce has tomatoes in it)

You know how lately service in places like this is atrocious, with people who mumble and can't seem to get things right no matter what? Well, NOT last night!!! “Had a very large online order in the drive through. They had a long line but cut it down very quickly. They were all polite, quick, and efficient. Took only about 2-3 minutes to have entire order after making it to the window, and again that was with them being super busy. On top of all this we had multiple things specialized or changed, and everything was made correct and in the bags the first time around. All around they were killing it today!”
