The owner is kind. The truck is cleanly and colorful. I got the pina colada snow cone, it was perfectly refreshing.
Their delicious treats are only surpassed by the precious, sweet owner! Definitely stop when you see the Pandy's truck in town!!!!
Pandy’s Sno Biz is the best!!! We had Pandy’s at our daughter’s first birthday party in lieu of cake and it was a HUGE hit! Everyone at the party was so complimentary of her service and the quality of the shaved ice. Looking forward to having Pandy’s come to all her future birthday parties!
