“I’m not a coffee drinker. But a local chef(shout out to Whitney Simone!) I follow and patronize raved about Rochelle’s grit bowl, so I decided to try breakfast here. I wished that it was advertised that breakfast was sold here because I always thought this place was just a coffee spot. Anyway, I was sooooo impressed with the cuteness of the decor inside. It felt very cozy and intimate. Soft music played in the background. I love the branding on the cups and other merchandise for purchase. Upon entering, my friend and I were greeted warmly. We placed our orders and found a place to sit. The seats were comfy and a bright red that matched the theme of it also being a lounge. There was a little free library where you could take home a free book. There were several small tvs available to watch. Our food came out after a short wait. Yall….my grit bowl was absolutely splendid! The grits were creamy and perfect- not too thick, not too thin. The meats were delicious as were the eggs. My friend enjoyed his pancakes but also wanted to try the grit bowl after hearing me rave about mine. After he devoured his, he agreed that it was just as good as I told him it was. My peach smoothie came in this cute little sealed cup with the branding on it. I love a business that doesn’t skip on the branding! I enjoyed my experience here 100% and I’m even thinking of returning tomorrow morning for breakfast! One thing I would improve: I hope the owners consider advertising that they sell breakfast as well. Folks like me that may not be coffee drinkers but who love breakfast will gladly patronize the business…if we know they sell more than coffee. Overall, this place earned my 5 stars.”

“My family and I have eaten there today. The hubby and I ordered the seafood platter, 10/10, the portion was generous, food was delicious and fresh. My son ordered the chicken basket, and the daughter ordered the catfish basket. we also had fried pickles as the appetizer. I forgot my server's name, but that young man did a remarkable job. Kudos to him and I left him 20% tip. well earned.”

“Just ate at The White House Restaurant in Warrior, Alabama AGAIN! The food is always delicious! Today we had the seafood special that they have on Saturdays and it was awesome. My husband and I had flounder, shrimp, stuffed crab, hush puppies, coleslaw, and a baked potato. Wow! Scrumptious meal and so much of it that I’m stuffed. Maria was our server this evening and even though the restaurant was packed and super busy she kept a smile on her face while taking care of us and everyone around us. We were super pleased with the service and the food!”

“The coffee was more bitter than sweet. The avocado toast was excellent!!! 10/10. They need to add more for the smaller toddlers in the play room and when I visited lots of older children were playing ruff in the area. I also wish they would extend there hours, they close too soon in the evenings.”

“This has quickly become one of my husband's favorite restaurants. The food and drinks are great, the service is fast, and the atmosphere is bright and upbeat. We have recently made this our go to Saturday night spot. We also recommend for kids if you can't find a sitter. Ours love to look at the interior and eat chips and queso.”
