“It's extremely rare that I ever eat fast food(maybe 3 or 4 times a year).But when you crave a big mac ,you gotta have one.I was restaurant management for over 20 years,and have eaten at multiple restaurants. I've never had the excellent customer service anywhere like I had tonight at this Hanceville McDonald's. I dealt with a manager named Lyndsey,who is absolutely fantastic!! she was amazing from the time I started to order til I drove off. “The use of the self-serve kiosks here is atrocious. They are often unresponsive with multiple attempts to navigate an overly complicated menu tree. And when the customer wants to pay in cash, you have to wait until the employees take notice and in this case re-enter the customer's order anyway. Just a nuisance. Employees were nice.”

“I came in last night as I do most nights I absolutely love the three guys working that always takes such good care of me I had my usual Oreo brownie Frosty fusion and the new jalapeno ranch cheeseburger with extra jalapenos they always cook my food fresh for me and it was literally the best fast food that I've had in a very long time.”
