So I go inside the store and it's freezing cold in there, one person ahead of me. I got the footlong BOGO from the app, 2 turkey sandwiches is what I ordered. I went to eat one and it had chicken instead of turkey. I went back the next day to hopefully get a replacement and before I could ask about a potential remake, the owner became hostile and started to raise his voice at me because it was “free.” I had only said that I got 2 sandwiches when he cut me off and started yelling that. Burnt cookies, burnt bread, low quality and/or spoiled veggies. Super low quality even for a subway. This particular subway never seems to get it right even through ownership changes.
