The coffee didn't have any cream and sugar like I asked, and the steak bagel didn't have any butter on it and it was rock hard biting in to it. Usually get better service here.

Pretty good place. Honestly depends on who's working and if their not understaffed on their service and food. Some of the employees will constantly be on smoke break or not very good at following specific directions (ex. Extra oreos) not a super big deal but if I'm paying for something specific it'd be nice to receive how ordered.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Could use some more highchairs though.

They make you wait to long in drive thru. Even if you order in the app first they are going to make you wait in line at the speaker for 10 or 15 mins, and then usually make you pull up and park to bring your food out, I always use the app, I shouldn't have to wait on my food, it should be ready when I get there, or shortly after, when I worked at this location, we were not allowed to make people wait that long, maybe they need better management, and better workers, because...
