Big Mike's Steakhouse - Andalusia

Excellent. The place great! Service fantastic! To ANY AND ALL the the trolls that have left anything less than 5stars, I'd bet you're just miserable people. Been here before, but this time they had a LOT to live up to. Had a steak in San Antonio Wednesday, Amarillo Thursday, Oklahoma City Friday. This 16oz ribeye beat them all. We got there in line first, got seated with no issue...all 17 of our party. Very polite folks. Thank yall!

Big Mike’s in Andalusia, Alabama absolutely blew me away! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure every detail of my event went off without a hitch. The food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

I was giving a dinner presentation and ran into an unexpected hiccup when the projector wouldn’t work. Without hesitation, the owner ran to Walmart, purchased a new projector, and had it set up in time for me to give my presentation. Talk about going above and beyond!

Five stars all the way around. Such an amazing group of people in such an amazing place — I can’t recommend Big Mike’s highly enough.

Oh, Yes!! The Big Mike's 24 oz Ribeye was juicy, seasoned just right and grilled to perfection. The Prime Pork Ribeye was seasoned well. Grilled a little to long but still very tasty with some tenderness.
The Fried Mushrooms were incredible. They are now our #1. Salad were fresh. And that Carrot Cake. Delicious! We ordered it first before our salads. You never have room afterwards for dessert. Not today.
This place gets busy. We stood in line 10 minutes before they opened. We were seated right away. Our food started coming promptly.
Waitress was friendly and attentive.
We asked and received a 10% military discount.

The steaks are very expensive and very mid, I expect to have a top notch steak and it was mid, a half price steak at Texas Roadhouse was better.

Big Mike's has awesome steaks. I drive 45 minutes to eat at Big Mike's. The service is always good and the food is delicious. If you like fried pickles, try the Wickles appetizer. Get there early unless you want to wait 45 minutes or more.

Not worth the hype. Way too expensive for the quality. Their steak doesn’t taste like steak, it tastes like they use liquid smoke on it and a lot. They honor the military but we barely got $2 off a $168 meal.

I ate at Big Mike’s for the first time last night and when I say ALL OF MY FOOD was delicious! The wait time was roughly 45 minutes, but it was worth every second. Once we were seated the waitress came right over to take our drink order, and once we placed our appetizer and food order everything came out in a timely manner. The food was delicious and served hot, the crab cakes were so fresh you could taste the love in them. The fried mushrooms were cooked to perfection, even the crab claws were a great hit. I ordered the ribeye cooked medium with teriyaki glaze and a grilled pineapple on top, that steak was so tender and juicy and required NO STEAK SAUCE! Even the side salad was a hit along with that great ranch dressing which I can only assume is homemade. I was truly satisfied with everything and have no complaints, with it being my first time and have been wanting to go for months now I can say I really enjoyed the food. I’ll definitely be back soon!
