Ordered chicken fries combo ×2 one with sweet and sour one with bbq got to window to be told for the 2nd time in a row they are out of bbq sauce. Fries were soggy chicken fries not done. We go here once every 6 months.23 00 spent just to have to come home and cook.

Placed a mobile order here. Drove up to the call box and requested order. The cashier stated that they did not have any whopper patties. How does a burger joint not order enough meat. Burger King Corporation was very helpful in issuing a refund.

Used the drive through. The young lady taking the orders was very upbeat and friendly. The woman at the window was ok. Wait time was a bit longer than I would have liked but not too bad. The onion rings I ordered were not freshly cooked and seemed to be old ones mixed with newer cooked ones. The Bacon King was very good. Overall, I would say give it a try.

My experience at burger King was terrible. The worker didn't give me my change or my receipt. My chicken on my sandwich was like eating rubber. The chicken nuggets tasted funny and the pink lemonade freeze is way to bitter.

Couldn't tell us what drink was what was what At window got 2 lg drinks Was asked to pull forward 2 burgers 2 lg fries 1 lg onion ring Got bag delivered to window after a long wait .
No ketchup no napkins 1 burger 2 half box of cold fries The 1 burger we actually got was cold 1 1/2 full box of hard a brick cold crumbly onion rings Had to loop around and get corrected.
To get the missing burger 2 more cold half full box of cold fried and another half full box of onion rings that were semi edible.
Ordered the ultimate Cresent. Suppose to have ham, bacon, sausage, egg and cheese. It came with ham, egg and cheese. Also ordered a sausage egg and cheese Cresent. It was old. Old enough for the cheese to be dark and dry. I was very disappointed. Couldn't return because we were already out of town when we discovered the bad food. It was at the store in Andalusia, Alabama. Will nor return to that store.

Abby (the drive thru order taker) and Kaylee the one at the windows are exceptional employees. They are friendly, professional, helpful, and all about customer service. They DEFINITELY NEED RECOGNITION!!! The order that I received was perfect. The Whopper was delicious, the onion rings were as expected, and the nuggets were actually cooked perfectly (a rarity lately at any fast food place I've been to). I was extremely impressed. Oh and I was there about 12:45 pm. Right during the lunch rush and there were quite a few people in front of me and behind me. Still the whole transaction didn't take more than 5 minutes and they were never grumpy or rushed.
Patty was cold and green, onion rings cold and old, out of the new promoted melts, out of fries, left products out had to go back in and rude. The only reason we went was for the new melts

Not my favorite place for breakfast, not saying anything bad just personal preference. With that being said , I have zero complaints when my coworkers want to come in as the people here are super nice! So much so they'll even let me order a Whopper without getting irritated with me.

Ji came in after church on a Sunday at noon. This is one of the busiest times for restaurants. There were a total of 3 employees working the whole store. It took a while to order because the staff was busy trying to handle everything. However they never lost their cool. Were friendly. Batbrooms and store were clean. Definitely whomever the manager is today needs praise. Great job from one fast food manager to the next.
