I can not thank captain d’s enough I recently brought my grandfather from the nursing home to try fried oysters my lord the service was outstanding our food came out hot and fresh customer service was excellent there was this particular lady I think she told us she recently became general manager if I can recall if I can give that women the shirt off my back I would not only was her customer service excellent she helped my grandfather with all his concerns . 10/10 experience we will be back ❤️

Thirty minutes in drive-thru is crasy after you order. The managers and district manager need to come and have a discussion with there employees. Or managers who care more. This was our first time here after a year and had the same service. I'll be waiting another year before I come back.

Food was cold and fries were inedible , was told was no fish for country style, cook told girl at the window there was none, I used to work there , so sad it's not what it used to be

I got my food to go and my order was taken by the most polite young lady- her name is Maggie- she is wonderful ! Give that girl a RAISE ! My order was correct & my food was yummy. One of my better fast food experiences - I'll be back FOR SURE !
