The young man working the window is very nive and reapectul!

Different experience eating here. It is an original building and dine in is next door in a different building. They do have a drive thru now. Food was good. There are old signs and pictures to enjoy looking over in the dining room. Give it a visit. Parking isn't great but manageable.

staff is not friendly at all - food preparation is not up to par with Dairy Queen standards. Use to be much better 10 years ago or so. I see it has declined significantly. Won’t be back.

Today was the second time in a month that I stopped here for a fish sandwich. The first time the little girl who was supposed to be taking orders completely ignored me while looking at the ladies who were cooking. This after she waited on the gentleman ahead of me at the order window. I took my business elsewhere. Today a man ahead of me was trying to place his order. The little blonde girl was clearly confused not knowing what she was doing. An older lady came up but she was no help either. Dairy Queen needs to hire workers who want to work not just get a check. I will not be stopping here again.

Due to the heat today I was rather unhesitant to stop and get me and my family a blizzard. However, when we got there it was a 10 minute wait and that’s not the only thing that caused me to leave a review. The main thing that made me leave this review is the fact that the service was terrible. The lady who took our order was very unenthusiastic and unappreciative. Also, she didn’t even turn my blizzard upside down because if she had then it would have spilled everywhere. Not to mention the cups had ice cream all over the outside so my hands got sticky and it made a mess.

Save ur money and go to sonic or some place else this place is a joke nothing works can’t get a misto bc there to lazy to work and have nothing but an attitude order through there app and be prepared for ur order to be wrong and when u ask them about it u will get ignored or screamed at waist of money

I drove from Opp and sat behind 2 cars for15 minutes at 5:00 Sunday afternoon 3/3/24. After getting to the speaker to order I sat another 15 minutes and no one ever took my order. Andalusia should be embarrassed over this sorry service. I finally drove off and never got to order.

Cashier couldn't hear, got my order wrong, I ordered cheeseburger meal which is supposed to have a sundae, she rang up a cheeseburger coke and fries instead and wouldn't give me my sundaeNot to mention had to wait
