Firehouse Subs Andalusia

It is bothersome that every time I order I receive the wrong food or I pay for something that is not in the bag. Tonight I got a hook and ladder and a club both cold. They made two hook and ladders. I understand there are similarities however one cost more and didn’t have the extras that were requested. If this didn’t happen every time I wouldn’t bother. I tried to call while they were still open and no one answered so I waited until the drive thru closed and still no answer. I would like to have the food I paid for. Please replace my order. Out of the many times I have ordered and not received the correct food, can it be refunded or remade this time. Maybe management doesn’t know. Maybe it was near the end of shift and mistakes were made however this has happened no matter what time of day I order. Help.

The food was delicious but it was not made correctly when I pulled up to the window at the drive-thru I tried to talk to the girl about the cost of a tea that I had ordered I can add and subtract and she was totally incorrect on the pricing she said all she could do was do what the register said my sandwich was $15.99 and I asked for a medium tea which is 249 she told me my total was $22.97 that is a hell of a lot of tax too many kids working in there while I was waiting on my sandwich all they were doing was playing laughing and joking they definitely need some supervision

Food was fantastic. Tyler checked on us and was very polite greeting us when we walked in. The whole staff was great and store was clean. We enjoyed the meal. It is always great food and service here but today seemed even better than usual. The lunch was not crazy expensive and was delicious. Will be back and will be bringing as many people with me as possible every time I do. Also I spilt my drink all over myself like an idiot and Tyler got me a dry shirt. No where does that. I've definitely found my new lunch spot

We stopped at Firehouse Subs on our way home from the beach. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming in the beginning. When we walked in, several employees were gathered behind the counter talking, with no greeting or acknowledgment. Once we got to the register, we had to wait a few minutes while the team argued about who would take our order. 😳

On a positive note, the food came out in good time and tasted great. There was also an employee that talked with us after we went back to get a cookie and she was really nice and helpful. However, during our visit, it was clear that there was a lack of leadership and proper training. While we don’t expect five-star service from a fast food spot, we do expect basic professionalism and unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.

Every single employee was messing around the entire time I was in the restaurant eating. When I sat down to eat all you could hear were employees speaking badly and loudly about customers, infront of the customers. Overall wanted to leave as quick as possible and to was annoyed that I couldn’t understand what my friend was saying because the employees were speaking so loudly. One of the employees also hit a weed pen out on the floor- young man. All employees acting out were young high school looking age and the few that were respectful in the work place were the older employees.

What a joke. Never receive what you order in the correct manner. Ask for extra pickle, then park and go inside to ask again. Never anyone in drive thru pays attention to your order. They just give you what they want you to have. I hope it forget this place is in andalusia. What a joke

I used to get my French dip sub here and I went to order it today and I was told they don't serve that there anymore.... ummm why not that was one of the greatest subs that was made here specially since Quiznos is no more... disappointing. Won't be getting subs from here again. Of course they really don't care about our reviews they don't make an attempt to make it right. So I leave reviews for the people who research where they will be eating in hopes that they don't make a mistake selecting gross or bad service.

Fast Friendly Service In A Comfortable Atmosphere! Food Was Great, Totally Hit The Spot!

The APP was very user friendly from start to finish. This was my first time using the APP and I had no problem selecting my sandwich, drink, and chips.
