They screwed up my New York steamer the first time, which is fine, mistakes happen. The second time however when it came back cold is ridiculous. It's a freaking steamed sandwich! Someone else in my party had the same problem. How hard is it to make a sandwich?!

This location in Andalusia Alabama is the best one I have ever been to. Gave me a,whole new look on Firehouse Subs. Price is excellent.

I have always loved the food at Firehouse, but…my friend’s daughter was in the pageant at LBW last Saturday. Everyone was starving and wanted a good, quick meal. We went to Firehouse (around 7:00 pm). There was a sign on the door that the dining room was closed and it was drive-thru only. There were at least four employees working and only two cars in the drive-thru. Why?

If you're heading to the beach, make sure to stop by this Firehouse Subs location—it was hands down the most delicious sub I've had at any Firehouse Subs across the country! The bread was fresh, and they were generous with the meats, giving every bite the perfect balance of flavor. The service was also exceptional—friendly, fast, and efficient. The staff made me feel welcome, and you can tell they care about the quality they put into each order. Whether you're craving a classic or trying something new, this spot is a must-visit!

I would give 0 starts is that were an option. By far the worst Firehouse let alone any fast food experience I’ve ever had.

Rude customer service several months back. Employees standing around talking with each other, acted as if they were aggravated when I was deciding even though I was not at register or ready to order yet. I stated what I wanted on my sub and they kept say No ** No** .. Only means ONLY so I'm not sure why they kept asking. Then I was told I could not add an item to sub despite that item being in store. If you have it in store, why not add it as an additional item and charge?!?! To make it worse they added a smart remark about not being subway when I never said they were. smh

We just stopped at this Firehouse for the second time and we will NEVER go again. I tried giving them another try after the first visit was so bad thinking it could’ve just been that particular guy who was making the sandwiches was bad at his job. This time I ordered meatball and an Italian. The Italian was soaked w/mustard to the point it was not edible unless you really love eating mustard. The meatball sub was awful! The meatballs were ice cold, like they were frozen and not thawed out all the way. The food here has been so bad on both visits.

Save ur money and find somewhere else. No pride in there job and do not care how u asked for ur food to be made if it’s not on the build paper from corporate they can’t make it sorry but mayo does not belong on a cheese steak waist of money

We must have been there right at the busy time since it took both a while to order and get our food.
The manager was working it though and when we got our sandwich, it was as good as always.

We waited for over 20 minutes for our 2 sandwiches. There was only one clean table and trash overflowing outside. The soda machine was dirty. Restroom was not clean. Several employees standing around talking.

Our Saturday afternoon experience must have been unusual. It took 20+ minutes to get our subs. Ordering was quick.

The people making the sandwiches seemed clueless about how to run a modern assembly process. There were 7 people back there (I assume one was taking drive through orders.)

I did notice a customer got tired of waiting and went to the counter to see what was taking so long. The orders seemed to start coming out quick as long as she was up there. I thought they had forgotten our order but talked to some of the other customers and they had the same problems of it taking forever.

Will not stop here on the way to Florida again.
