I go to the huddle house in Enterprise Alabama. The food is good to us. Also like the special prices on some of the menu.
We’ve been waited on by several of the waitresses and been pleased with the service.

Huddle House Townsend GA First and foremost...This place should be reported to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. After being on the road first thing in the morning and driving on country roads with nothing insight for miles and my need for another coffee. We finally stumbled upon the Huddle House in Townsend GA. as we were traveling through on our way to I-95. We just had the worst breakfast of our lives. We'll be lucky if we don't get food poisoning. So bad we wouldn't have even fed it to our dog. The restaurant was run by a couple that must have owned both the gas station and the Huddle House restaurant. I should have known the second we went in that it didn't look like a normal Huddle House as they usually have open kitchens with countertop service in addition to table service. This place was not set up that way. It has a very private closed off kitchen. We ordered 2 breakfast bowls. I wasn't going to post pictures because I didn't want to make anyone get grossed out and sick but I think people need to know the truth about this place. I opened my styrofoam container of food and it smelled off but I couldn't put my finger on the smell then I took a bite and immediately spit it out. It's an hour later and I still can't get the taste out of my mouth🤢
My husband's meal was as described to a "T"
The base of the pile of food was a wet pile of mushy slimy hash browns topped with burnt bacon, topped with off colored eggs and a piece of sausage that looked like it had sat out for days and finally topped with a moldyish country gravy. Everything looked as if it had a grey tinge to it. The smell was horrid right from the beginning. The owner had noticed my face and reaction to my bite🤮from across the room and she clearly noticed that we didn't eat anything. And as she is charging me $$ 38 and I'm paying I'm politely expressing our dislike for the food. She's pointing to the tip part of the credit card reader as to say 🤷 so I tipped her $4 and we left. I will say this again.

I’ve tried to go to two separate huddle houses 80 miles apart in East Texas and they were both closed randomly. If corporate doesn’t care anymore about their locations they should just close. I won’t be going back which I hate to say because the waffles are so good but when I drive 45 minutes to get there and they are closed randomly it’s infuriating!! The last couple of times I was able to eat there there was drama between the staff just giving off Waffle House vibes. I’m done. You’ve lost 2 customers at the very least.

I can't tell you about the service because I had none!! New huddle house in Kilgore, TX. Says open til 10 on the doors and it's 7:30 and lady inside yelling through the door says closed at 7 and website days 5pm. Do better and change your freakin signs!!! Will never go back!!

I was surprised there was no waffle House in Andalusia when we moved here a month ago. Boy am I glad. I love this place. The food is better, the prices are better, and the customer service is perfect!

I literally just ate at the moundsville location it was not really busy 4 tables seated when I got there the service was very poor only 3 tables clean in the whole dining room and not one table was cleaned the whole time i ate my meal I had to ask the waitress for a refill after probably 10 minutes of my glass being empty I ordered one of the bowls with an order of gravy on the side my order came and no side of gravy but gravy on the order after asking for it on the side I literally thought that they were short staffed because I only seen 2 people the whole time I ate my meal then when I paid my bill 2 other employees came out of the back room I consistently heard the waitress apologize to a couple of the other tables for their orders was not prepared properly or missing items and the place was filthy especially in the prep area food all over the floor I don't know who manages that place but rest assured I've ate at my last huddle house
We always receive excellent service when we eat here. The foods is fast and tastes good, what more could you ask for?

No toilet paper in women's bathroom. When I got my order it was very small. Not enough food for the money I paid. Also when we left we paid with a card and it made us leave a tip. The smallest tip was 6.27! I am furious! I want to demand my money back! At least the tip we were forced to leave!

They have cut back on serving and charged extra for a 1/2 of a small dish if gravy. Prices are high for amount and quality
