The African American woman with the long braids is very rude ! I cam through and ordered and chicken finger snack and 2 biscuits, I didn't get either biscuit or my recipe. I went inside to get my biscuits and she made me stand there and wait while she looked my recipe up. I have worked in the food industry all my life and I have never had anyone make me wait for an item I didn't receive while they looked up my order. So basically I was called a liar after having to get out of my car and go inside with my back issues. If u had wanted to go inside I would have to begin with. I don't appreciate being treated as if I was lying about a biscuit. I will not be coming g here again !

First time at Jacks, and wish we had one near us to visit more often, really good food and better prices.
This will be the second time I posted something I posted something before and apparently somebody took it down the food here is never piping hot at all it tastes like it's under a heat lamp there was no spoons forks or napkins we had to go back in and the coleslaw was nasty and the and the biscuit was extremely dry

We stopped for breakfast and waited an extremely long time. The line wasn't moving. People kept walking out. We were at the start of a long trip and wanted to get on the road. I wouldn't recommend stopping unless you have plenty of time to kill.

The ladies that work there are extremely nice. By far the best experience I’ve had at a jacks restaurant. Felt like I was at my grandmothers house. So inviting!!! God bless them all!

We stopped on our way back to Ohio from our Florida trip at this location. Lena was very pleasant and attentive. She was even checking on the guest in the dining room making sure all guest had everything they needed. Everyone was kind and the food was perfect! I didn't catch the other ladies name in the kitchen cooking, but she said she would make our food with love, & I believe she did! Thx!
