Jack's Family Restaurant

This is by far the nastiest Jack’s restaurant I’ve ever been in. The dining room floor looks as if it hasn’t been swept or mopped in weeks and the ladies restroom is so disgusting that the manager ought to be ashamed of herself.
I’m not talking about 3 hours worth of dirt, I’m talking about days worth of nastiness in the toilet, around the toilets and in the back of the toilets.

We stopped for breakfast and our order was wrong. We asked the lady at the drive thru multiple times for sweetener for our coffee and she kept saying she put it in there but it wasn’t in the bag.
I truly hope we didn’t get sick because we didn’t go into the restroom until after we ate.

Excellent chicken as always. Speedy service. Only complaint is all the water in the green beans

I have to brag on A Miss Leslie at Jack’s in the Andalusia Alabama location. My order got messed up and I called backs and no big deal but I could not return today. Miss Leslie made it right fix my order and made sure I was charged the right amount. Miss Leslie went out of her way and delivered my order to my job with a smile. I will definitely be back to Jack’s. She gave great customer service with a smile, and that is hard to beat at most places. All the employees are very nice and great you with a smile when I come through the drive through. Thank you miss Leslie for me being able to get my linked sausage biscuit that I had a hanker for today. 😊 I am not sure why it shows my husband given the review, but my name is Sandra Sage and I’m the one giving the review. 😊

The African American woman with the long braids is very rude ! I cam through and ordered and chicken finger snack and 2 biscuits, I didn't get either biscuit or my recipe. I went inside to get my biscuits and she made me stand there and wait while she looked my recipe up. I have worked in the food industry all my life and I have never had anyone make me wait for an item I didn't receive while they looked up my order. So basically I was called a liar after having to get out of my car and go inside with my back issues. If u had wanted to go inside I would have to begin with. I don't appreciate being treated as if I was lying about a biscuit. I will not be coming g here again !

This will be the second time I posted something I posted something before and apparently somebody took it down the food here is never piping hot at all it tastes like it's under a heat lamp there was no spoons forks or napkins we had to go back in and the coleslaw was nasty and the and the biscuit was extremely dry

Kudos to the most delightful staff. Food was good and served fast. Milkshakes were awesome! Thanks and we will stop again when we travel to and from the beach! (Lena is amazing!)

We stopped for breakfast and waited an extremely long time. The line wasn't moving. People kept walking out. We were at the start of a long trip and wanted to get on the road. I wouldn't recommend stopping unless you have plenty of time to kill.
