I really wanted to like it because they changed ownership and I wasn’t a fan of the last ones. The breadsticks we got were flavorless and stale like they were cooked at opening time today. The pizza was okay but has been better. I’ve heard a lot of negative things about them lately, but hope they can figure things out.

Watched employees being rude to customers in front of me and employe would not smile or greet them and one customer got 7 pizzas and asked for a box to put them in she just looked at him straight faced multiple times I have went it here and they are never friendly or even smile like they hate people and will not give you a receipt I asked she never even asked the lady that was in front of me also no one will come to the front counter you just wait usually 10-15 just to get them up there maybe you need a bell heard employees say only three people working and someone didn’t show up you need someone just working the front counter

Called to be place an order. They lifted me on hold for 17 minutes. Could literally hear everything. Finally drove up there still on hold. No one there and no vehicles. Went inside showed them I was still on hold. Say sorry we been busy but again no one there.. ordered a pepperoni pizza and left got back home to open it and realized it's a cheese pizza not pepperoni. All around not on their game tonight

The food was good , that wasn’t the issue i went in there and waited for my pizza to be finished and looked back there and saw none of them had on shoes not even the manager just walking around in socks back there , how is this allowed ? the girls on there are so unprofessional talking to customers with weird fake accents and giving them nicknames
