It doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or order on the app ahead of time, you will aways be asked to park at a curbside pick up. It always ends up being an extra 10 minutes or more no matter if you ordered on the mobile app or not. They do this only to safe they're drive though time reports to corporate

Very poor management. Employees all over the place, and not working as a team. Screens where you pay were not printing receipts so you don’t know your number to listen for. When we told the staff they were not printing, they said “they usually don’t.” They need a training day and team building.

This McDonald's was the cleanest, friendliest I have ever visited. The food was incredibly fresh and came out super quick. Bathrooms were clean as well.
Get ready to wait for your food. Put in a curbside pick up and 30 minutes later I had my food. We went on a Monday at 1 pm the weekend after the 4th of July!

This is the Andalusia, AL McDonald’s version of a large caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. 🤣
I think they just filled a cup up with milk, water, and a little caramel drizzle.🤣🙄
Not sure what was worse, walking straight into the store with no line to wait in but then having to wait almost 30 minutes for a coffee or getting this cow water.

ordered big breakfast and it was terrible. The quality of their food has gone way down. The biscuit was really the only thing that was ok. the eggs and sausage was so salty it was disgusting. bring back the quality of your food.

The food was fresh and hot. We were there about 3pm on Sunday. The lady who took our order was super gracious and friendly. We didn't hear our order called; it was cheerfully delivered to our table. Frankly, I have never been in such a friendly and meticulously clean McDonald's. We did not know the staff yet were treated like cherished friends. A wonderful experience for the 5 of us.
