The food was fresh and hot. We were there about 3pm on Sunday. The lady who took our order was super gracious and friendly. We didn't hear our order called; it was cheerfully delivered to our table. Frankly, I have never been in such a friendly and meticulously clean McDonald's. We did not know the staff yet were treated like cherished friends. A wonderful experience for the 5 of us.

On many occasions, we have waited at the drive-thru for literally 5 minutes shouting hello with no response. I guess if they never respond then they don't have to work. 100% would not recommend this McDonald's.

Set for 15 minutes in the parking lot waiting on an order of two hamburgers and order of fries the hamburgers were not made correctly this makes three times in a row they have screwed up my order I won't be back

McDonald's is so good I recommend the caramel frappe.
Almost every time I order a drink from the Andalusia store they hand it out covered in said drink. And when I order a large fry, every time I get it I'm lucky to get even enough for a very small medium!

I hate companies who falsely advertise and bait people into their establishments. Huge billboard states fries are $1. When you get to the restaurant, OH sorry that is for app users only and you need a code. Who when traveling and sees an ad like this knows that. I guess the establishment pulls people in with this and then figures since people are there they will buy something else when they can't get what is advertised.

Even if you order a plain burger.. meat and bread.. they will ask you to pull up. ??♀️ Pulling a car every single time defeats the purpose of "FAST" food. I know without a doubt they will ask me to pull EVERY SINGLE time no matter how small or simple my order is.
