Smallcakes of Andalusia

I don't recommend ordering online, at least not on a Saturday. I ordered 3 cupcakes, a slice of cheesecake, and an m&m brownie online. However, when my husband went to pick it up he was told that they were out of slices of cheesecake and the brownie and weren't making anymore (I guess they don't on weekends?) and he was also told that the cheesecake cupcake wasn't specified online.. But when placing the online order there was no option to choose a specific type of cheesecake cupcake. So the cheesecake slice and the brownie was refunded. Then when he got home the pink chocolate cupcake I ordered for my daughter was vanilla, so I called and spoke to Crystal and asked her if they had the chocolate pink cupcake in stock and she said no so I informed her that my husband was just in there and noone advised him and she said she didn't realize I ordered the chocolate so, of course, by this time we are both frustrated and no way was my husband going back up there. Things like this are not good for business and if you are going to have an option to order online, I'd recommend updating the app/website for items out of stock or specific options. Their food has always been good but things like this deter me from going back. Between the frustration, inconvenience, misinformation on the website/app, order not being read closely enough and being stuck with something that my daughter didn't even want isnt worth it.

I have been going to locations across the eastern states for over 10 years every year for my birthday. Never been disappointed and definitely was not with this location today! This was also my first time having their macaroons and WOW hands down the best ones I’ve had in many many years! You guys rock!

I was catfished by Smallcakes Andalusia. I requested an order for cupcakes. Upon opening the box, I received spaghetti. Noodles piled high, marinara, sprinkles of parmesan. I could not wait to leave a nasty review, to warn others of this atrocity! As I prepared for my first bite, I braced for tomato sauce and garlic, HOWEVER….I was embraced with a moist cupcake, frosting I could drink, and a raspberry filling I can no longer live without. Huge thank you to Smallcakes for creating this masterpiece on such a short notice. Ten out of ten I will use them again. If you haven’t made a visit, I highly recommend to do so.

Great little shop! Staff was really friendly, ice was delicious, red velvet cheesecake cupcake was awesome; definitely worth checking out.

They have made several birthday cakes for us and they have all been amazing!! The best cupcakes I have ever had!!! And the macarons are fantastic!!!

I got to taste a cupcake from here. The best tasting cake I've ever had from the South!
I intend to stop in and get me some more soon.

Pleasant helpful staff, a large variety of mostly cupcakes/muffins, some pastries, and cookies a variety of house made ice cream. My apple fritter was the best I ever ate, the cinnamon roll was good, very light, not like most.

The young lady working 12-23 afternoon was great. Older lady not so much until she realized how much we were buying. Just saying don't judge a book by its cover. We just got off work and were very tired.

They are amazing! Cupcakes was so good! Service was even great!

The desserts were all delicious, their lime sorbet ice cream is highly recommended by me.

Wonderful staff and the cake is so moist. Beautiful store and the baker in the back of the store Danielle is the best! It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re in Andalusia.
