well for starters the order of 2 number 4s one with no mustard one with no lettuce was wrong. 2 the pup cups are 1.98 a piece and they came in a condiment container so not worth the price. also the pup cup was supposed to be ice cream not whip cream and well that pretty much is crazy... Jacob admitted he was wrong but he said that I would have to bring the 1.98 a piece back to sonic when I was making a quick stop for supper on my way home. also since when is the number 4 combos (2) 28.58 a piece when I used to get them for 14? yall done lost your effin minds. Andalusia needs to get a whataburger and a checkers. I won't be going back and I will be telling my friends to go else where for thier food aka diary queen

Past 4 times of eating here . Their burgers are old and cold .. I can't eat it , tastes terrible . The amount of time it takes to get your food . I would have thought it was being made fresh to order .. Ordering ice cream, shakes , etc . Ice cream is supposed to come up to rim of a cup, then add whip cream .. The prices are unbelievable $$ for the quality of food . . ( 👎 )

Service was great. The food was horrible. Fries were cold, my burger was not fresh, my kids jumbo popcorn chicken was hard and cold could hardly bite into them, and my sprite tasted like carbonated water. I don’t normally leave reviews but they could have done better.

Sonic is one of my favorite. I visited to try smash burger. Service slow. Ordered on app. Cleared order...had to ask for it in stall well after checking in. Smash burger too greasy. Stop frying things in cold grease. Tried groovy fries they were just grease sponges because grease was not up to temp when fried. Same with tater tots. They are either ice cold or too greasy to eat. Every visit lately has been terrible and I am sad because Sonic used to deliver a great product. I have probably spent 60 dollars in the past month there hoping for a good experience and I have decided to not return.
I grabbed a burger and tots at this Sonic when I needed a quick meal. This location is like Sonic used to be. The food was good, the service was great. When I arrived there was only one empty parking space with a menu and ordering available. I hope this Sonic stays good and popular. The ones near my home have declined and several are closed.
