This subway is by far my favorite . Its always super clean and stocked. The staff have always been friendly. Even during busy hours they are quick. The only reason I marked 4 star on the food is because I have been getting subway since childhood and the sandwiches as collective are getting smaller over all these years as well as some types of bread have been discontinued and or always sold out.

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet. Let me just say that we have eaten here many times and never had any issues with the experience. However, there seems to be a new guy working there who definitely needs to have his attitude and his work ethic checked.
Went in today, ordered two 6 inch subs, had to correct him on the first one, just call it a miscommunication between the employee and the person I was there with. Issue resolved with no problem. However, when I ordered the sandwich I wanted, which had jalapenos on it. No problem. I like them. I did ask him light jalapeno because I always get banana peppers as well. Not entirely sure why the server caught an attitude but he became kinda snippy towards me at this point. His idea of what light jalapeno is EXACTLY 2 small peppers. So I told him that he can put a few more than that. Here's what was on my sub the peppers, light lettuce, light onion, and whatever else that's supposed to be on it. He got the veggie part and started to wrap the sandwich. He had not even made the sub as it was supposed to be made. So I asked him if he was going to include the other items that were supposed to come on it. He then proceeded to absolutely smother my sandwich in the siracha sauce. I mean completely covered in it. I can only taste the sauce. Nothing else. Well maybe the bread a little. So essentially, he made me a sauce sandwich. Kinda ridiculous tbh. I'm gonna include pictures of the sub for reference.
Like I said before, we eat at this establishment regularly. Never had one single issue ever. If it were either the sandwich OR his attitude, I wouldn't be blasting him on here. However, being as it was BOTH issues with him. I feel I need to say something about this. So Joseph, you gotta get yourself in check when working with the public. Attitude is everything in customer service. It can make you or it can break you. Your choice young man.

Walked up to the door at 8:45pm on a Saturday night only to be turned away bc they were “closed.” The Open sign was lit and the door said the store closed at 9pm. The girl shook her head and pointed to her wrist. I shook my head and walked off.
The rotisserie chicken tastes weird, kind of like tuna. And the flatbread was nothing special — not as fluffy as I remember, and they just wrapped it up like a burrito. Maybe it’s just this location, but it was a letdown.

I come to this subway at least 3 times a week and today they told me I would be charged for extra black olives when I order extra black olives every time and they get my business at least 3 times a week for them to be picky about some black olives is crazy! Your suppose to make the sandwich as you want!

My mom and I are traveling from Mississippi and got the hot honey sub which is new. Really good sauce, but the place itself is really clean. Looks new. But as we were going through the motions of what to put on to the sub they are very stingy on the amount of veggies and seemed like that was the policy as the coworker that was helping my mom and I, their Manager said in a very rude tone and almost condescending that that was policy mind you my side got like four banana peppers while my mom had like three tell me that it’s normal? They were very stingy on their serving of veggies. The sandwich was good. The sauce was amazing and it would’ve been a really good sandwich if they weren’t so stingy on the veggies.

When we entered in the store looked great. It’s completely updated. Looks very new. But when we ordered, the guy was pretty rude and the vegetables they literally skimped on and literally only put a couple pieces of onion and a couple pieces of bell pepper and jalapeño and banana pepper. I did not ask for any more than what he put on because I was afraid that they would charge me. When we got to the register, I had a coupon on the app for four dollars off and he said that I had points for two dollars off and I scanned my app and told him no there’s four dollars. He said he can only do two. I clicked on my app to use the four dollars. My daughter and I were traveling from Florida to here and Alabama and then heading home to Mississippi. This was a terrible experience. His coworker was even rude. Oh, and there’s not even any of the white paper that they put between the wrapper and the sandwich.. he did not even ask us if we wanted drinks or chips. But he just assumed that we were getting just the orange juice that we had gotten.

There a girl that works here in the subway that does not listen to a word I sed how I wanted my Sub I think she needs to be fired
Hands down worst subway ive ever been in. I complained they didnt take coupons and they messed up my sandwich which I did ask them to remake so they made sure the remake had the minimum amount of everything they could get away with. I am gonna be calling the manager (never done that before in my life) because the guy with neck and face tattoos was just genuinely rude and ruined my meal twice. Ridiculous

Great staff
Horrible location. Will not return as the customer service is horrid. Food prep is not sanitary & quality is not good. The night crew is always tweaking, so that may be a reason for all this.
