I'm editing this review , Taco Bell !! I understand drive thru should prioritize but it took a LITERAL 40 minutes to get our food from the lobby tonight!! Unacceptable! Not when 20+ customer was served in the drive thru!

We tried to use the drive thru and our simple order of 3 reg tacos, no cheese was messed up. Went inside, told the guy our drive thru order was wrong. Paid again and they still managed to get it wrong. Finally left with my right order. 🙄😂

Went through the drive thru @8:20p.m. I ordered two mexi "melts". Should be hot right? NO cold through and through. Almost no meat. Two Cinnabon bites....Luke warm. Cost $10.63 received 9 ones. Didn't mind the ones so much bit a mexi "melt" should be hot

EVERY single time something is missing from the order. End up having to go back through, causing food to go soggy or cold. EVERY time. Check your bags before you leave. If you try going into the building to get the missing item, they will ignore you for longer than seems appropriate.

if I need a quick bite while I'm out and about this is my go to tacos 🌮
I placed an order online and after 20 minutes the order status never changed, so I went to the store anyway. My order was ready, and the server was nice. Though they did not have any sugar free soda, she offered me unsweetened tea. I was somewhat bothered since I already paid, but the poor girl isn't paid enough to deal with that so I didn't trouble her with it.
Everything else about the order was fine, though a bit heavy handed on the sauce packets it's a minor quip.
It's Taco Bell? No longer the fun chain it used to be, now just another soulless, ugly and bland fast food restaurant like all the others.

I love our Taco Bell. Its one of the few places I spend money at everything chance I get. Why? Because they offer a consistently good product and staff have always been super cool to me. I only marked down the atmosphere because it’s usually square type folks putting out a weird energy inside, but staff is always cool.
Taco Bell has been as consistently a part of my life as anything in and for my entire life and I’m something like a Connoisseur

Chicken Chalupa is my favorite here, ordering at kiosk is not user-friendly. I bypass Taco Bell just because they do not like taking orders at the counter
